Sanjit Bedi, young Television actor who had worked in the popular and lovable role of Dr. Omi in Star Plus’s show Sanjivani, passed away yesterday in a Mumbai hospital after suffering from a brain ailment. He was also part of popular shows – Thodi Si Zameen Thoda Sa Aasman, Kya Hoga Nimmo Ka, Kasautii Zindagii Kay.

Karanvir Bohra, who currently works as Aahil in Qubool Hai is a dear friend of Sanjit Bedi and shares on the optimistic and lively side of Sanjit in his instagram post. Sanjit was in his late 30’s, is survived by his wife. The Indian TV industry has lost a young actor and our heartfelt condolences to his wife and immediate family. The Indian TV industry gave their condolences after coming to know of Sanjit’s demise. Mihir Mishra, Gurdeep Kohli, Karanvir Bohra, and Kamya Punjabi are some of the actors who gave condolences and also reminisced on their bond.

They say you don't know what you have until it's gone,but the truth is we knew what we had,we just never thought that we could lose it. #Bedi RIP my friend. I love you….you will be missed dearly.
