Star Plus' Actors sharing what a mother means to them

Mother’s Day is celebrated on different dates in various countries of the world. This year on May 11, a significant number of countries will celebrate Mother’s Day including India. Star Plus is celebrating Mother’s Day on May 11 and in this promo video, Star Plus shows actors are speaking on what a mother means to them:

Ruhi (Ruhanika Dhawan): A mother is one who is the best in all.

Veera (Digangana Suryavanshi): Says that a mother is the one who loves and cares about you the most in the world. She says that a mother shows a lot of concern for her chidren even if the child gets slightly hurt. If you wrong or right, mother will always be with you.

Sandhya (Deepika Singh): says that a mother is one who makes you a better person and embeds good qualities in you.

Ranvijay (Shivin Narang): says that from the time we are born, our mother only takes care of us. He says that mom even support when father scolds the child. Mom is everything for him.

Durga (Sanjeeda Sheikh): She says that her mother’s reflection is on her. And she is extremely positive like her mother. Happy go lucky who lives in present and doesn’t think much about future.

Shaurya (Vatsal Seth): cites the mantras from Taittiriya Upanishad which are matrudevo bhava (be one for whom the Mother is God), pitrudevo bhava (be one for whom the Father is God). So, his parents are God to him.

Raman (Karan Patel): says that mother will always support her child in both cases – when a child is either right or wrong.

Sooraj (Anas Rashid): says that a mother is the one who shows the difference between right and wrong, and then makes sure that you take the right path.
