Kasautii Zindagii Bajaj surfaces his real motives Mr. Bajaj attends a wedding at Mehra’s place. After Mr. Bajaj and Prerna reach their home, they get surprised by seeing Mr. Bajaj’s family. Sharda Maasi asks Mr. Bajaj why did he marry in a rush without informing her. He tells Maasi that Prerna would have married someone else if he delayed more. Maasi asks him if this was a business deal. He shows his interest in Prerna. Maasi performs their homecoming rituals. The girls sing and dance happily. Prerna likes the function. He apologizes for not revealing much about his family to her before. He tells her that Maasi was away from home for a month. Prerna doesn’t have any interest in his family. She tells him that she doesn’t care if he keeps his secrets to himself.

On the other hand, Nivedita meets Anurag and asks him the reason for destructing his happiness, knowing Prerna is a gold digger. She doesn’t want Anurag to ruin himself in Prerna’s love. He tells her that he has found a new motive in life, that’s to ruin Mr. Bajaj. He asks Nivedita if she will support him in his plans. She tells him that she will support him if its for business purpose, but not if he wants to do everything for Prerna’s sake. She tells him that he should forget Prerna and stop this drama.

He tells her that Mr. Bajaj has ruined their company and now its time that they should ruin him. Nivedita agrees to support Anurag. Anupam knows that Anurag is doing everything to win back Prerna. Mr. Bajaj gets angry when he finds his bathrobe missing. Prerna goes to pass the bathrobe. She gets Basu property file in his cupboard. She checks the entire buy out list. She asks Mr. Bajaj to keep his word and not harm Basu family further. She learns that Veena has come to meet her. Prerna rushes to meet Veena while controlling her emotions. Nivedita tells Tapur about Zurich’s beautiful places. She is happy to have a good relation with Anupam.

She expresses her happiness. Veena confronts Prerna for leaving Anurag in the mandap and secretly going to marry Mr. Bajaj. She shows her faith in Prerna and asks her the reason for marrying Mr. Bajaj. She doesn’t think Prerna will fail her teachings by doing something too wrong. She asks Prerna why did she break Anurag’s heart and become target of Mohini’s curse. Prerna doesn’t reveal about Mr. Bajaj’s deal. She keeps it a secret. Veena reminds Prerna that she loved Anurag. Prerna tells her that she loves Mr. Bajaj, who is much better and richer than Anurag. Prerna breaks down and thinks to tell the truth. Veena realizes that Prerna is hiding something.

She asks Prerna to tell her the truth. Prerna then covers up by a fake story. She tells Veena that she wanted a luxurious life. Veena slaps her and tells her that she will never get love in her life. She asks Prerna to confront the truth of her life, that she is just a commodity for Mr. Bajaj. She tells Prerna that Mr. Bajaj will never love her and its just a clever deal of him. Mr. Bajaj reveals Prerna that he has married her just for the sake of his daughter Sneha, who founds a motherly figure in her. Anurag hatches a plan to find Mr. Bajaj’s weakness and strike on it to get victory. He wants to ruin Mr. Bajaj’s business first. Nivedita fears seeing Anurag’s shocking change. Prerna bonds with Sneha like before, which surprises Mr. Bajaj.
