Keh Doon Tumhein Bittu attempts to kill Kirti. Bittu ignites one end of the rope as Kirti issues a challenge to be freed. Fearing for her safety, she questions his actions until she is met with the heat of the flames. Meanwhile, Puru awakens in a panic, startling Dadi and Neha who hurry to his side. In tears, he shares his insecurities and worries that Kirti will also abandon him like his father did. The two friends console him and redirect his attention. On the other hand, Bittu taunts Kirti by daring her to escape while taking a swig of alcohol and watching her closely as she moves toward a sharp object. Vikrant becomes increasingly agitated as he repeatedly attempts to reach Bittu, who continues to ignore his calls.

Shreyas arrives on the scene and questions if Vikrant is turning to higher-ranking officers in search of Kirti, as he doubts Jadhav and Garud’s abilities. In response, Vikrant raised his voice, stating that he had hoped to avoid involving the police at this stage but may have to contact the chief minister if necessary. He then directs Shreyas to look after Puru and his family while he works on locating Kirti. Bittu chuckles as Kirti catches on to her plans. She uses Bittu’s kind nature to justify his actions, claiming that he has only kidnapped him and not caused any harm. However, in a sudden confession, Bittu reveals that he has also buried other girls, including Anjali.

Shocked by this revelation, Kirti lashes out at Bittu for his cruel behavior. In a fit of rage, Bittu stabs her foot with a knife, causing Kirti to cry out in pain. Despite her agony, she can’t help but imagine Puru being in danger and wishes she could protect him in her current state. As she struggles to save herself and Puru from harm’s way, Bittu falls asleep. Puru prays for divine guidance in his search for Kirti. Madhuri appears sorrowful. Vikrant persistently dials Bittu’s number, resulting in a broken phone. But with Kirti’s advice still fresh in his mind, he resumes his attempts to reach Bittu.

In the meantime, Bittu wakes up and removes the knife embedded in Kirti’s foot. She screams in pain. Bittu justifies his actions by claiming that it was only a minor punishment for her supposed theft of his god. Kirti demands to know who this so-called god is. Meanwhile, Vikrant grows anxious at the thought of Bittu possibly revealing his crimes to Kirti. On the other hand, just as Bittu is about to mention Vikrant’s name, he receives a call from him and steps out to answer it, elated to learn that Vikrant is still alive. However, Vikrant confronts Bittu about why he also kidnapped Kirti and threatens to kill him. Fearful, Bittu hangs up the phone and recalls all that has happened with a look of terror on his face. As this unfolds, Vikrant takes out his pistol. Inspector Jadhav reveals Bittu’s whereabouts to Vikrant, prompting Bittu to plot Kirti’s murder. However, Kirti retaliates and seeks refuge inside a taxi. Her concern grows as she notices Bittu closing in on her.
