Shrishti, filled with determination and anger, demands that the inspector ensure justice is served for Arshi, emphasizing the need for accountability. Jhanak, defending herself, insists that the incident was an accident, not a deliberate act. However, the inspector dismisses her explanation, stating firmly that her story doesn’t add up. He proceeds to arrest Jhanak, placing handcuffs on her as she stands in disbelief. As she is being led away, Jhanak tries to maintain her composure. Shrishti believes Jhanak should face the consequences of her actions. Dadi shares the same sentiment and insists that Jhanak should face punishment. Choton urges the inspector to investigate the matter, to which he agrees. However, Choton’s efforts are quickly shut down. He still reminds that only one person claims Jhanak attempted to burn Arshi and no one else witnessed it. She warns him not to influence the inspector’s decision. Shubh and Lal also join in, trying to stop Choton from causing any further trouble. Bipasha then brings Jhanak downstairs, where Shrishti identifies her for the inspector as well as her relationship with the family. Jhanak denies having any relationship with them, but Shrishti clarifies that she is staying at her future son-in-law’s house due to unknown reasons.

Shrishti insists on receiving justice from the inspector for what she believes is an attempt on Arshi’s life by Jhanak. The inspector then confirms with Jhanak her identity and asks about her relationship with the family in question. She denies any connection and reveals that Shrishti has a distant relationship with her.

Shrishti assures that the police will handle Jhanak’s case from now on. Bablu and Choton encourage Jhanak to answer the police without any fear. The inspector asks Jhanak to speak up, but she questions what she should say since he did not ask her anything before making his statement. She denies any wrongdoing and points out that his accusation is false. Bipasha adds that they were all present when Jhanak attempted to harm Arshi during her wedding. Jhanak’s actions caused Arshi’s feet to be burned, and they cannot let her get away with it.

Anirudh is talking to the doctor who mentions that Arshi believes someone has tried to harm her and is traumatized. She also thinks she will never be able to dance again and counselling hasn’t been helpful. The doctor suggests punishing the culprit as it may help her recover. Anirudh expresses his hope that Arshi will confide in him, but the doctor advises him to observe her reactions when he talks to her. He kindly offers to cover all expenses and leaves. The inspector questions Jhanak about her involvement in the crime of burning Arshi. She claims it was an accident, but he accuses her of lying.

Choton defends Jhanak, pointing out that the inspector wasn’t even present at the scene of the incident. The inspector then informs them that they would be taking Jhanak to the police station for further interrogation, as she had provided a statement. Anjana pleads not to take her, as it would damage her career. This sparks an argument between Shrishti and Jhanak’s supporters.

The Inspector inquires whether anyone is willing to help with the case, stating that they will release Jhanak if she is cleared of any wrongdoing. Bablu expresses concern for the emotional toll this may take on Jhanak and her reputation in society, questioning how it will be rectified. The Inspector dismisses their input, as a constable escorts Jhanak out of the room. Appu pleads for them not to take Jhanak, insisting that she is innocent. On the other hand, Jhanak says she can only accept what destiny has in store for her and tells them not to cry. Bablu suggests informing Anirudh about the situation and assures Jhanak of their support. Choton reassures Jhanak of her innocence and encourages her to stay strong. Jhanak consoles Appu before being taken away by the constable.

Choton arrives at the school to meet Mrinalini. After asking Ramlal to notify her of his arrival, Choton is told to leave by Ramlal. When she finally comes face to face with him, she points out his habit of showing up without an appointment and questions why he has come, since she never approved of their previous conversation. Choton clarifies that he didn’t come to sell books as he values his self-respect and would not resort to discussing their marriage alliance. Despite Mrinalini’s attempt to have Ramlal remove him from the premises, Choton insists on seeking her help for a family crisis. She adamantly refuses to purchase any books from him and tells Ramlal to take him away. Choton becomes agitated and scolds Ramlal before explaining the situation – Jhanak has been arrested by the police and Mrinalini was present at Arshi’s wedding so she could potentially serve as a witness. However, she doubts that her word would be enough without any proof.

Choton inquires if there is any way to save Jhanak. Mrinalini assures that there is indeed a solution. He then asks for her help, but she declines, suggesting that he should utilize his abilities for a more worthy cause. Feeling worried, he explains that he has never disrespected her and expresses his lack of time before the situation escalates further. Trying to calm him down, she advises him to consider if there are any recordings from the day of the incident. Disappointed, Choton reveals that videographer and photographer were present during the event. Mrinalini suggests that he should approach them and retrieve any footage they may have. Urging her to accompany him, Choton declares that he will do anything for Jhanak’s innocence. Convinced by his words and motivated by his noble intentions, Mrinalini agrees to join him.

Anirudh visits Arshi and assures her that she will dance once again. He promises to take her to a dance reality show and vows to bring justice upon the person responsible for her current state. He expresses his love for her and begs her to talk to him. However, Arshi remains unresponsive. Anirudh pleads with her to recover soon. In the next episode, Upon arriving home, Anirudh is informed by Appu that Jhanak has been arrested by the police. Appu urges Anirudh to demand her release, but he questions how the police could arrest her when he made a promise to Arshi that he would bring the real culprit to justice. The inspector proceeds to reprimand Jhanak, who then asks for evidence to support her alleged crime. In response, the inspector orders a female colleague to obtain Jhanak’s confession. Willingly, Jhanak declares that she will accept the consequences if she is found guilty.
