Kumkum Bhagya 20th August 2024 Written Update. Today in Kumkum Bhagya, Monisha is hurt that RV is with Purvi. She finds RV holding Purvi’s hand and making an entry into the party. She says that RV has completely forgotten her, and this time he will be punished for his mistake. She calls Neha to the party. She instructs Neha to just execute their plan. Neha makes a shocking entry into the party. She compels RV to dance with him. She gives her consent for their marriage. Purvi and RV are shocked to see Neha back. RV’s family is upset that Neha has backfired Purvi’s plan and RV is trapped in the same mess again. Neha dances closely with RV. Purvi turns disappointed watching them. Neha asks Purvi to keep her word and divorce RV. She says that she is ready to marry RV to get the promised justice.
Neha appears very happy. Purvi gets confused. Monisha is pleased to see Neha shocking Purvi and Malhotra. Neha announces her engagement with RV. She plans the engagement at the same party. RV gets forced to exchange rings with Neha. Purvi cries seeing them engaged. The family is also in shock. Purvi apologizes to RV that he is facing Neha because of her plan’s failure. As seen in Kumkum Bhagya’s last episode, Mr. and Mrs. Mehta are gracious hosts to the Malhotra family, with Mr. Mehta reassuring Harman not to take any offense if any of their guests make insensitive comments about RV’s court case. The gathering is also attended by members of the media, with Raman sharing his joy at seeing the Malhotras overcome such a difficult situation. He inquires about RV and his spouse, prompting Harman to mention that RV will be arriving shortly with Purvi.
To everyone’s surprise, Soham and Diya also make an appearance at the party, where Soham reveals how the ongoing controversy surrounding RV has affected his business. When RV and Purvi finally arrive, their watch and bracelet become entangled, causing RV to playfully accuse Purvi of trying to trap him. In response, she teasingly reminds him not to use such clichéd lines. However, Monisha is less than pleased to witness their playful interaction.
Kumkum Bhagya 20th August 2024 Written Update:
Monisha gets angered when RV and Purvi have a moment. She breaks Purvi’s bracelet while detangling it. She asks RV to come along. Purvi gets sad and sits down to pick the pearls from her bracelet. RV stops and goes back to Purvi. He holds Purvi’s hand and goes with her. Monisha cries that RV is changing because of Purvi. She doesn’t want Purvi to snatch RV. She says that she will separate RV and Purvi. She feels even RV did wrong to her. She says that she will punish RV for his indifference. Diya and Soham meet Dadu and Dadi. Dadu calls Soham a lucky guy because Diya is just like Purvi. Yug says that Soham is really lucky. Soham tells that Yug and Diya are friends. RV and Purvi make an entry to the party.
Deepika gets angered that Purvi is shameless and acting lovey-dovey. Harleen says that RV and Purvi have to show the media, that they are happy together and everything is okay between them. RV meets Raman. He permits Raman to ask anything he wants. Raman asks him how he feels when the case is still going on. Mehta asks the reporters not to ask anything about the case. RV says that he is ready to answer them. Raman asks RV how he came to the party when the charges weren’t down.
RV says that he is upset to see everything going against him, but he feels blessed to have his wife’s support. He tells that she is his shield. Raman says that Purvi was going to give him a divorce and get him married to Neha. RV answers the media and proves himself right. He tells them that Purvi had given an option to Neha, but the latter has run away, which means she is a fraud. He declares that Purvi won’t divorce him. RV says that he never wanted a divorce. Monisha goes mad. Jasbir threatens Neha about Sahil. He asks her to get ready and go to the party. She asks him not to harm Sahil.
Jasbir contacts Raman and watches the party happening. Deepika asks Monisha what is happening and why is RV singing Purvi’s praise. Monisha says that RV left her and made an entry with Purvi. She is upset. Mrs. Mehta tells everyone that they have thrown the party for RV. Mehta tells the guests that RV does social work and that society isn’t aware of it. He adds that RV spends money on social work. He praises RV and his family. Mehta cleans RV’s image. Mrs. Mehta says that RV and Purvi will dance and make the evening special. RV and Purvi perform on a romantic song.
Monisha fails to tolerate this. She angrily rushes away. Jasbir calls her. He asks her if she doesn’t like the dance that she walked out of the party. She asks him if he is around. He says that Raman is showing him the live footage of the party. He asks her to wait for the surprise, Neha is going to make an entry in the party hall and everyone will be left shocked. She rushes to see Neha. Neha performs a song and then reveals her identity by removing her mask. Neha’s entry shocks RV and Purvi. Monisha and Jasbir are pleased watching the drama. The family asks Purvi to answer, how did Neha come to the party.
Purvi says that she has no idea. She asks Neha why did she come back. Jasbir is happy seeing their shocked reactions. He asks Raman to show his talent now. Raman goes to welcome Neha. He asks her how she came back when she left RV. She says that she has come to complete a task. She blames RV for molesting her and ruining her life. She adds that she will marry RV to get justice. Purvi asks her what is she saying. Neha says that she has given her consent for marriage and she just wants to talk to RV about it.
She declares that she will get engaged to RV in front of everyone and their Roka will happen immediately. She asks him to prove that he is serious about their marriage. She says that she can’t withdraw the case if he cheats on her. Harman, Dadu, and Harleen scold Neha for making an impossible demand. Neha tells them that Purvi has promised to divorce RV. She asks RV to give his consent for the marriage. Jasbir and Monisha smile and feel their glory.
