Ashish orders Leo to acquire such a phone and explains that they will demand ransom from both the Oberoi family and Malishka, promising double the money. Leo agrees and leaves to fulfill the task. At the Oberoi mansion, Vijay, the investigator, tells the family that despite their cooperation, he has no leads. He asks if they suspect anyone or if there’s something they haven’t told him. Neelam, growing frustrated, insists that questioning is wasting time and they should be searching for Parvati. Vijay explains that this is part of their protocol, but just then, a call comes in on the Oberoi family’s landline.

The family suspects it’s from the kidnappers. Lakshmi offers to answer the call, but Vijay advises against it, saying she’s too emotional. He suggests Rishi take the call instead, but Lakshmi insists because it’s her daughter who has been kidnapped.
