YRKKH 16th October 2024 Written Update Defensive Armaan. In Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai written update today, Abhira reaches the temple and prays for Kaveri. She feels dizzy. A Banjaran woman meets her. She takes care of Abhira. She checks Abhira’s pulse and says that Abhira is pregnant. Abhira says that she can never conceive. The lady says that she can never be wrong in her prediction. She asks Abhira to get the tests done at the hospital. Abhira agrees with her. She goes to the hospital for a checkup and learns that she is pregnant. The doctor gives the good news.

Abhira is super happy with the news and thinks of Armaan. She is sure that Armaan will be pleased with the news. The doctor spoils her joy by revealing the complications. She says that Abhira’s pregnancy won’t be easy and it’s a high-risk one. Abhira gets into a dilemma about the pregnancy. The doctor asks her to terminate the pregnancy. She goes to see Armaan. She finds Armaan in the corridor.

Armaan meets a man at the hospital. The man is blessed with a child but has lost his wife. He blames him for not choosing her life over the baby. The man says that he was helpless, doctors asked him to choose between his wife and his son, so he chose his son. Armaan rebukes him and asks him why he didn’t choose his wife when he made marriage vows to her. Abhira overhears them. The man says that it’s easy to lecture him, but even Armaan will make such a choice if he lands in such a situation. Armaan says that he will never do that because nothing is more important to him than Abhira. He says that he will always choose Abhira. The man leaves.

Armaan says that everyone just sees their benefit and has no value for love. He sees Abhira and asks her where did she go. He informs that Kaveri’s operation was successful and she is okay now. He asks her what’s the matter. He finds some reports in her hand. He checks it and learns about her pregnancy. He gets overjoyed and embraces her. He tells her that he can’t believe he has got such big news. He adds that Vidya will be happy for them. He wishes Vidya would accept them. He shares his happiness with the medical staff and people. This turns out to be Abhira’s imagination.

She hugs Armaan and praises him. She doesn’t reveal the pregnancy truth to him. They head back to the family. Manisha blames Abhira for Kaveri’s condition. Armaan defends Abhira and turns upset. Abhira, already emotional, becomes enraged when she realizes that reporters have spread false rumors about Kaveri’s death. She lashes out at the reporters for circulating such damaging and inaccurate information without any verification, adding to the emotional strain on everyone involved.

While the situation at the hospital is unfolding, Madhav, a member of the Poddar family, manages to apprehend a criminal who was involved in a recent attack. The Poddars soon learn that a goon has come to harm Abhira. They piece together the situation and conclude that Kaveri, having discovered the goon’s intentions, must have stepped in to protect Abhira and gotten hurt in the process. The Poddars are relieved that Madhav has arrested the culprit, but the blame game begins soon after.

Manisha, one of the Poddars, wastes no time in accusing Abhira of being the reason for Kaveri’s injury. She openly blames Abhira for putting Kaveri in harm’s way, claiming that if it weren’t for her, Kaveri wouldn’t be in this critical condition. Armaan, already stressed about the situation, steps up to defend Abhira. He questions Manisha’s reasoning, asking how Abhira could be held responsible for an attack she didn’t know was coming. Despite Armaan’s efforts to support Abhira, Manisha continues to berate her, saying that Kaveri is suffering because of her.
