YRKKH 19th October 2024 Written Update Abhira’s pain. Today in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai written update, Abhira and Charu are having a conversation, and Abhira asks Charu if she is afraid. Charu, filled with doubt about her upcoming alliance, asks Abhira for guidance on what qualities she should seek in a partner. Armaan, joining the conversation, advises that trustworthiness is the most important quality in a life partner; without it, life can be ruined. This leaves Abhira feeling confused.

Meanwhile, Sanjay tries to ease tensions in the Poddar household by suggesting that they sometimes need to forget their disagreements. As Kaveri is about to pick up the house keys, Vidya steps in and takes them instead, which shocks Kaveri. Soon after, Neeraj’s family arrives for the alliance discussion. Abhira and Charu spot Neeraj, and Charu decides to test him. Sanjay warmly welcomes Neeraj and his family.

Vidya takes control of the situation, and Neeraj’s mother comments that while people outside believe Kaveri runs the Poddar household, it’s Vidya who holds the power. Charu then meets Neeraj’s family. Neeraj’s mother learns that Ruhi and Abhira are sisters. This news angers both Ruhi and Vidya.

Vidya starts disrespecting Kaveri, which prompts Abhira to decide to restore Kaveri’s dignity in the household. However, Madhav advises Abhira to deal with Vidya later. Sanjay asks Neeraj’s dad to allow Charu and Neeraj some time alone to talk. During their conversation, Charu expresses her desire to continue working after marriage. Neeraj is supportive of her decision, and he accepts her condition.

Abhira later tells Armaan that Vidya is mistreating Kaveri. Armaan, however, responds that everyone in the Poddar family is hiding something and sarcastically accuses Abhira of canceling their planned Dubai trip on purpose. Kaveri overhears this conversation between Abhira and Armaan. Despite the ongoing tensions, Sanjay and Sajjan finalize the marriage between Charu and Neeraj. Armaan, however, insists that Sanjay check with Charu to make sure she is comfortable with the decision. Charu compares Neeraj to Armaan and chooses to marry Neeraj, solidifying their engagement.

Neeraj’s mother expresses joy about Charu and Neeraj’s engagement, and Vidya, without consulting Kaveri, agrees to the arrangement. This makes Mala even happier. However, Madhav confronts Vidya for disrespecting Kaveri. Vidya defends herself by claiming that Kaveri disrespected her first by siding with Abhira. She also challenges Madhav, telling him that he should strive to be a better husband.

Later, Armaan finds himself thinking about Abhira but chooses to ignore her. Kaveri notices this and advises Armaan to talk to Abhira instead of avoiding her. In response, Armaan hugs Kaveri, possibly seeking comfort amidst the family drama.
