YRKKH 22nd November 2024 Written Update Awaited twist:
Abhir stands at the gate. Manish notices a broken window. He picks up a stone and spots someone at the gate, but Abhir quickly disappears. Manish wonders who it could be and why they would do this. Abhira makes a video call to Manish, excited about deciding the baby’s name. She asks for his suggestion. Manish, hiding his earlier worry, offers to help. When she notices the broken glass and asks about it, he quickly explains that the curtain rod slipped and broke the glass. Changing the subject, he suggests giving the baby a name starting with A, to match the family tradition. Abhira reminds him that she does not have a brother. This comment unsettles Manish, bringing back memories of Abhir and Akshara, but he chooses to stay quiet. He promises to be on time for the Naamkaran ceremony.
Later, Armaan approaches Abhira, wanting to discuss Ruhi. Manish, meanwhile, looks at Akshu’s picture and feels the weight of his silence about Abhir. Armaan suggests letting Ruhi name the baby, but Abhira dismisses the idea. She explains that Ruhi has no interest in the baby and forcing her could lead to more problems. She recalls how Ruhi refused to feed the baby and fears that pushing her might result in Ruhi saying something hurtful, for which others might blame her. Abhira insists that naming the baby is their dream, and she does not want to involve Ruhi.
Armaan, however, believes they should keep trying and insists that Ruhi, as the baby’s aunt, should be given a chance. Abhira stands firm, refusing to discuss it further. The episode ends with unresolved tensions. Manish struggles with his secret about Abhir, Abhira remains protective of Ruhi, and Armaan is determined to bring Ruhi into the baby’s life.
Ruhi searches for her phone. She borrows Rohit’s phone to call her number, but Rohit quickly takes it back, visibly nervous about a nurse’s message on his phone. To avoid suspicion, he finds and hands over Ruhi’s phone. Ruhi notices his discomfort and questions why he looks scared, but Rohit brushes it off.
Armaan arrives with an announcement. He tells Ruhi that Abhira and he wants her and Rohit to help choose the baby’s name. Vidya, overhearing this, reacts in disbelief, questioning Armaan’s decision and recalling Ruhi’s reluctance to take care of the baby. Kaveri agrees, adding that Ruhi has shown no interest in handling the baby. Abhira supports this, pointing out that Ruhi is still grieving and might not react positively. Despite knowing this, Armaan insists on involving her.
Rohit thanks Armaan for trusting them with the task and assures him they will come up with a suitable name for BSP. Armaan directly asks Ruhi if she would like to choose the name. Ruhi surprises everyone by agreeing, confidently declaring herself the baby’s Maasi and Chachi. Armaan is taken aback by her enthusiasm, but Ruhi reassures him, saying she wants to take on her responsibilities. She makes him promise that whatever name she selects will not be changed. Armaan, moved by her determination, agrees.
Meanwhile, Kaveri remains skeptical and warns that if Ruhi causes any trouble during the Naamkaran ceremony, she will deal with her. Armaan later informs everyone that Ruhi has happily agreed to name the baby, trying to ease the concerns of the family. Abhira still worries about putting pressure on Ruhi, but Armaan assures her that the function will go smoothly.
Ruhi’s devious side emerges as she confidently announces that she has chosen a name for the baby, one that she claims will forever haunt Armaan and Abhira. She adds with a sly smile that the baby’s fate will be tied to this name. Without wasting time, she calls a party planner and requests a thousand balloons with the baby’s name printed on them—Ashubh.
The planner, shocked by her choice, hesitates and questions her, saying that no one keeps such a name. Ruhi, unfazed by his reaction, sternly asks if he will fulfill the order or not. Reluctantly, he agrees, and Ruhi firmly reminds him of the name: Ashubh. Her actions leave no doubt that she is determined to use this name to make a lasting impact, setting the stage for an explosive confrontation at the Naamkaran ceremony.
Vidya changes the baby’s clothes, while Abhira expresses her excitement for the special outfit she had chosen for the occasion. Vidya reassures her, saying they can use the outfit next time. Meanwhile, Armaan instructs Charu and Kiara to handle the flower arrangements, but Kiara has a different agenda. She brings up her desire for concert tickets, charmingly asking Armaan for help. Charu explains that Kiara wants tickets for a concert by a singer, showing Armaan the lead performer’s picture. Armaan’s mood darkens as he recognizes the man and flatly refuses, calling the singer cheap and forbidding anyone from attending his concert.
At a jewelry store, Manish, Swarna, and Surekha arrive to collect their order, only to cross paths with the same singer. Abhir clearly agitated, breaks a glass in anger and pays for the damage. The jeweler accidentally swaps their parcels, and Abhir brushes it off, saying that things always end up where they belong. The tense exchange leaves the Goenkas uneasy as they quickly leave the store. Abhir’s identity remains unknown to them.
Back at home, Vidya lovingly applies kajal to the baby. Abhira, worried about overdoing it, asks Vidya to keep it minimal. Vidya teases her, saying she thought Abhira assumed she would overapply it. Kaveri joins in, insisting it’s her turn to apply a protective tika to the baby. Abhira silently hopes the baby isn’t made to look like a cartoon but laughs along with the family. Kaveri comforts Abhira, reminding her that in a joint family, everyone loves the baby in their unique way and that Abhira should allow them the time to show it.
Meanwhile, Rohit grows increasingly anxious as he receives a threatening message from the nurse, demanding a meeting or warning him of consequences. He nervously replies, asking for more time. While hurrying, he stumbles on the stairs, dropping his phone. Ruhi picks it up and is startled by the high credit card bill she sees. Rohit relieved it wasn’t the nurse’s message, quickly retrieves his phone and dismisses her concerns, explaining he was checking his expenses.
As the party planner arrives with the balloons, Ruhi instructs them to set everything up in the hall. The planner confirms that the name has been written as requested. Armaan, curious, asks Ruhi about the baby’s name, but she insists it remains a surprise. Abhira watches Ruhi closely, sensing something suspicious in her behavior, as the preparations continue for the Naamkaran ceremony. Ahead in the show, Abhira decides to resume her work and fight a case for a mother’s rights to her baby. Kaveri asks Abhira to devote time to her baby, but Abhira disagrees. She takes up the case, much to Kaveri’s worry.
