Mannat passionately defends herself, stating that she and Jeet went to the pandal to pray for their union and were accidentally locked inside. She pleads for the community’s trust, emphasizing that she would never dishonor her father. However, Jeet insists that their “deewaniyat” (passionate love) should not lead to unnecessary loss. He reiterates that they visited the pandal for prayer, were locked inside by accident, and attempted to call for help but couldn’t due to lack of network coverage.
Dev supports Jeet, confirming that the area had no signal and suggesting that the pandit might have locked them in inadvertently. Jawaan questions Pandit ji, who admits he didn’t check the pandal before locking it. Jeet asserts that they shouldn’t be punished for someone else’s mistake. Jawaan agrees, stating that Jeet and Mannat’s explanation sounds truthful. Pandit ji concedes, acknowledging his oversight and announcing that the Palki procession will continue to visit Devpur in the future.
