Yeh Rishta 3rd August 2022 Written Update Anisha returns Abhimanyu asks Akshara if she is facing any problem that she suddenly went to Dargah. Akshara reveals that she went to meet Dr. Kunal Khera. This stuns some and irritates some people. Akshara tells Abhimanyu that she is not losing her hope towards him. She also tells Abhimanyu that he himself said that medicine is his responsibility while prayers are hers. Akshara apologizes to Abhimanyu for hiding about going to meet Dr. Kunal Khera. She tells Abhimanyu that behind all this her intentions weren’t wrong.

Akshara says that she thought to not give any hope to anyone, before meeting Dr. Kunal Khera. She says hiding all this is her fault but trying is not wrong. Mahima tells Akshara that she is actually at fault for not revealing that she is going to meet Dr. Kunal Khera, whom they found. She asks Akshara how she even thought that she would convince Dr. Kunal Khera for Abhimanyu’s surgery, whom the whole medical fraternity failed to convince to again perform surgeries. Manjiri tries to stop Mahima but fails. Mahima asks Akshara if by doing all this, she wants to express that only she cares for Abhimanyu and no one else.

Akshara says she never said such a thing and even never thought about this. Mahima tells Akshara that she did all this. Kairav tells Akshara that she could have gone to meet Dr. Kunal Khera by informing Birla family. Akshara tells Kairav that at that time, she was not sure if she would be able to find Dr. Kunal Khera at Dargah or not. She says she just went to try from her side but failed to meet Dr. Kunal Khera. Akshara says that she won’t stop trying. Abhimanyu tells Akshara that there is no need to do all this. He tells Akshara that his nerves are already 70% damaged and will get fully damaged within some time and then his hand will stop working. Abhimanyu says his surgery window has almost been closed and now nothing can be done.

Askhara tells Abhimanyu that his surgery window hasn’t been closed wholly. Suddenly, Akshara’s phone rings. Abhimanyu forwards Akshara’s phone to her, saying that someone must have called to wish her, “Happy Birthday”. Phone falls down from Akshara’s hand hearing something from the person on the other side of the call. Seeing Akshara crying, everyone gets worried for her. Everyone asks Akshara what happened. Akshara tells Abhimanyu that it was Dr. Kunal Khera’s call. She tells Akshara that her prayers have been answered as Dr. Kunal Khera himself called her. Shocked Aarohi asks Akshara how this is possible. She also asks Akshara how Dr. Kunal Khera called her, when she didn’t even meet him.

Akshara reveals that she gave her contact number and a message note for Dr. Kunal with a person at Dargah, so that this person could give her message to Dr. Kunal, if he might return to Dargah or meet him somewhere. Akshara says Dr. Kunal Khera returned to Dargah to get some holy sheets for his sister. She reveals that Dr. Kunal met the same person with whom she kept her contact number and note. Akshara says that Dr. Kunal said that he is ready to meet Abhimanyu. This makes many members of both the Birla and Goenka family happy, but shocks Aarohi and Mahima. Abhimanyu asks Akshara if she is sure as he has read about Dr. Kunal and he doesn’t meet anyone even after a lot of requests.

Akshara tells Abhimanyu that she is sure. She tells Abhimanyu that today Dr. Kunal agreed for a checkup and maybe he will soon agree for surgery. Emotional Akshara hugs an emotional Abhimanyu. Aarohi feels angry seeing Abhira happy. Vansh tells Abhimanyu that Akshara’s birthday proved lucky for him. Manjiri asks Anand to give this good news to a tense Harsh too as he will get happy hearing this out. At the hospital, Harsh receives Anand’s text and gets happy and a little relaxed knowing that Dr. Kunal wants to meet Abhimanyu for the latter’s injured hand checkup.

He hopes that soon Dr. Kunal Khera may agree for Abhimanyu’s injured hand’s surgery too. At Birla house Kairav takes a photograph of Abhira. Kairav tells Abhira that he will make an oil painting of this photograph of theirs. He says this will be his masterpiece like every artist has their own. Everyone claps. Suddenly, Anisha arrives at Birla house with flowers and balloons. This stuns everyone. Abhimanyu walks towards Anisha, while Akshara feels tense seeing Kairav’s expressions. Abhimanyu tells Anisha that they would have come to pick her up, if she would have told them about her arrival.

Anisha wishes “Happy Birthday” to Akshara and forwards a bouquet and balloons towards her. Akshara takes both things from Anisha and thanks her. She tells Anisha that she made her birthday more perfect with her arrival. Except, Manjiri, no one shows interest in talking to Anisha. Anisha apologizes to Kairav for not being able to reply to any of his messages. She apologizes to everyone in the family for not being able to be with her family in even the time of need. Mahima taunts Anisha, saying that there is nothing new in all this.

Anisha requests Kairav to forgive her for all her mistakes. She asks Kairav to be angry with her for her mistakes but listen to her once. Anisha bends down on her knees with a rose in her hand and proposes to Kairav for marriage. This shocks everyone. Kairav makes Anisha stand up. Anisha requests Kairav to say something. Suhasini scolds Anisha for arriving and disappearing according to her convenience. She also scolds Anisha for not replying to Kairav’s calls or texts from a long time. Suhasini asks Anisha how can they trust her, as she may run away from the wedding mandap too.

Swarna tries to stop and calm Suhasini but the latter refuses to stay silent. Manish says Suhasini may be saying everything in anger but she isn’t wrong. Manish asks Anisha how much time it takes to reply to a message. He tells Anisha that everyone will understand from her silence that she doesn’t want to be in touch. Anisha feels angry. Manish tells Anisha that they would have made themselves ready for any situation if she would have clarified her intentions to them beforehand. Suhasini tells Anisha that they themselves were about to call her and ask for her final decision but Kairav stopped them saying that he doesn’t want to trouble her.

She asks Anisha to see how much Kairav cares about her but she doesn’t. Manish tells Anisha if she is thinking that she will suddenly appear and everything will happen according to her, then she is wrong. Suhasini tells Anisha that either she is very clever or very stupid. Kairav requests Suhasini to not say all this to Anisha. Suhasini asks Mahima if questions didn’t appear in her mind, when suddenly her daughter came and proposed to Kairav. Mahima asks Suhasini to ask everything directly. She tells Goenkas that they never hid Anisha’s behavior from them. Mahima also tells Goenkas that no one knows when and what Anisha does. She says they have no control on Anisha.

Anand says Mahima is 100% right. Suhasini asks Kairav to think about everything carefully and then answer Anisha. Abhira asks everyone to talk politely and not force anyone into anything. Akshara says both families will be able to talk with each other, once Anisha and Kairav talk to each other. Manish says they will wait as much as Anisha wants. He tells Anisha that now it will be a full and final decision, whether Kairav-Anisha’s wedding will take place or not. Anisha keeps on requesting Kairav to say something. Abhira asks Anisha to give some time to Kairav.

Anisha says if Kairav would have needed time, then why did he keep texting and calling her. She says everyone here is thinking about Kairav, not her. Anisha reveals that Kairav’s texts and calls forced her to return. Mahima angrily asks Anisha to stop acting helpless. She asks why everyone has a problem with her only. Anisha says everyone had problems when she was silent and when she is talking about marriage, again everyone has a problem with her. She says she just went to set up her career but failed to stay there without Kairav. Anisha also says that she returned home, leaving everything for Kairav and his love.

Disheartened Anisha goes from between, everyone. Abhimanyu and Manjiri apologizes to Goenkas on Anisha’s behalf. Akshara requests everyone to give some time to Anisha and Kairav before reaching any final decision. Akhilesh says Akshara is right. He says they should return home and peacefully ask Kairav what his opinion is about all this. Suhasini says Anisha will create problems wherever she will go as she doesn’t understand or value relations. She tells Mahima that she failed somewhere in bringing up/raising Anisha. Mahima tells Suhasini that she is speaking more than required. Suhasini asks Mahima, what about what Anisha did with Kairav.

She says Kairav is very tense because of Anisha. Mahima rudely says even Abhimanyu is tense because of Akshara. She says because of Akshara, Abhimanyu first faced the fire incident, then hand injury and then a car accident but they never said anything to Akshara. This shocks everyone but makes Aarohi a little happy. Abhimanyu tells Mahika that it’s not fair. Mahima asks Abhimanyu if what Goenkas said about Anisha was fair. Abhimanyu asks Mahima how he would have stood for Anisha in front of Goenkas. He asks Mahima if he would have said that yes Anisha did wrong with Kairav. Abhimanyu says he doesn’t need to prove to anyone what or how much Anisha means to him as everyone is very well aware about it.

Abhimanyu says Akshara isn’t at fault in his miseries or accident. He asks Mahima to not even think or consider that Akshara is responsible for his miseries or accident. Abhimanyu says Akshara’s birthday is very special for him. He requests Goenkas to forget unpleasant memories from today and remember only good ones. Abhimanyu tells Mahima that whatever Goenkas said, only because they care about Kairav. He also tells Mahima that even her emotions are right as whatever she said is because she loves Anisha a lot. Abhimanyu requests everyone to wait for some time. He says he will support Kairav and Anisha in their final decision and hopes that everyone will respect it. In the next episode, Abhimanyu and Akshara will be seen talking about Abhimanyu’s injured hand’s surgery. Later, Akshara will catch Anisha talking to some person sitting inside a car, in a scared tone.
