Maati Se Bandhi Dor Upcoming Vaiju’s wedding truth breaks out. Vasundara creates a Rangoli and requests Vaiju and Ranvijay to add some color to it. However, they decline due to their ongoing conflicts. She explains that this tradition symbolizes the unity between two families, despite any differences. The couple reminisces about their marriage but still hesitates. Vasundara urges them to reconcile for her sake and leaves. Ranvijay expresses his fear of lying to Jaya and worries about the truth coming out eventually. Vaiju reassures him that their marriage holds no significance for her and they should move on.
Eventually, they decide to fill the colors in the Rangoli but Ranvijay is reminded that one can’t escape their past and fate may have other plans for them. He stops midway, causing a red color to fall on Vasundara’s face and hair, shocking both of them. He walks away as she cleans herself up. Meanwhile, everyone is busy with wedding preparations and selects a wedding card. Vasundara suggests adding some poetry dedicated to Ranvijay and Jaya on it, with the best one being chosen for printing. They all agree upon this idea enthusiastically. Vaiju speaks to her Aaji, discussing her relationship with Ranvijay. Despite her tearful assurance that everything is fine, Vaiju sees Ranvijay with Jaya and lies to Aaji about it. As she steps outside, she notices everyone writing poetry and assumes there must be an exam.
However, Vasundara clarifies that they are writing about love and relationships. She asks Vaiju to contribute as well, saying she can write about whatever she feels regarding true love. Vaiju writes a poem while Ranvijay joins Jaya nearby. Eventually, Vasundara suggests printing the best poem on the wedding card, which is met with approval from everyone except Rao Sahab who jokingly points out the bias towards Vasundara’s work. As Ranvijay reads through all the poems, he comes across one about love that catches his attention and asks for the writer’s name. Jaya reveals that it was Vaiju who wrote it, leading Vasundara to declare it as the chosen poem for their wedding card. Ranvijay gets engaged to Jaya, while Vaiju keeps a number about the marriage that took place in the neighboring village. She doesn’t think the truth will reach Jaya ever.
