Yeh Rishta News Promising twists Ruhi’s track change. After Kaveri curses Abhira and leaves the house, the curse strikes her back. Kaveri suffers a heart attack and loses control of the car, causing it to hit a tree. Upon arriving at the scene, Ruhi sees Kaveri and immediately asks if she is okay. She reassures her not to worry and calls for the driver to come quickly. Together, they rush Kaveri to the hospital. Meanwhile, Abhira urges Armaan to join them as both Kaveri and he are injured and need medical attention. As they make their way to the hospital, Abhira answers a call from Ruhi who informs them about Kaveri’s accident and asks them to come quickly.
