Anupama, upset by Dolly’s continuous blame, asks her to stop targeting Aadhya, expressing her trust in her. She urges everyone to focus on praying for Dimple’s recovery rather than engaging in accusations. Leela, in contrast, blames the veneration ceremony, suggesting it brought bad luck, but Dolly remains fixated on blaming Aadhya. However, Leela surprisingly takes Aadhya’s side, while Pakhi argues that Leela is only supporting Aadhya because she is living at Anupama’s house. Pakhi, anxious, mentions her concerns about Ansh, while Leela expresses her desire to be with her family at her own home. Paritosh adds to the tension by also blaming Aadhya for Dimple’s condition.
The doctor informs Anupama that Aadhya fainted due to shock and warns that her past trauma might resurface. This news worries Anupama, who begins to think about Aadhya’s previous traumatic experiences. She feels restless, and concerned for both Aadhya and Ansh and struggles to maintain her composure. Kinjal tries to comfort Anupama, encouraging her to stay strong, while Sagar and Meenu remind Anupama that she is their pillar of strength. Meenu observes that Dolly is targeting Aadhya simply because Anupama is defending her, and Anupama insists that Dolly should stop making accusations. As Ansh, heartbroken, asks Anupama if Dimple will leave him, Anupama tries to console him, along with Mahi, Ishani, and Pari, though her own heart is heavy. She sings a lullaby for the kids and puts them to sleep. In a tragic turn of events, Anupama receives news of Dimple’s death, leaving her in tears. Ansh, desperate for answers, turns to Titu to ask about Dimple, but Titu, too emotional, refuses to speak. Meenu and Nandita quietly take Ansh away as Titu breaks down in grief.
Meanwhile, Anuj arrives at a hotel, preparing to contact Anupama. Someone is seen keeping an eye on Anuj, while he is happy planning to get his family to the wonderful place on a holiday. Back home, Kinjal is anxious about how to tell Ansh the heartbreaking news about Dimple. Leela and Anupama mourn Dimple’s death together, both deeply sorrowful. Titu is shattered by the loss, and Kinjal and Bala step in to offer him support. Ansh, still unaware of the full truth, continues to ask Titu about Dimple, but Titu, overcome with emotion, is unable to respond.
