Deewaniyat 28th December 2024 Written Update Mannat slaps Dev. Today in Deewaniyat written update, Sakshi expresses her anger toward Mannat while Satpal inquires about Dev’s whereabouts. Babita scolds him, but Sakshi intervenes, teasing him about finding a girlfriend before it’s too late. Meanwhile, Babita insists on preparing for Dev and Mannat’s first night, which unsettles Mannat. She calls Tannu, panicked about the situation and insists that Dev won’t touch her. Tannu assures her that she will come to help. When Dev arrives home, he confronts the family for forcing the ritual on him and Mannat. Sakshi and Babita argue that it’s Dev’s duty as a Choudhary to provide an heir, disregarding love in the process. Mannat, appalled, blocks herself in her room, refusing to participate. Sakshi bangs on the door, demanding her compliance.

Dev, frustrated, retreats to the terrace, recalling Mannat’s words. Tannu arrives and is alarmed to see Dev on the roof. To her horror, Dev jumps off, injuring himself. The commotion gathers the family, and Dev pretends he accidentally fell to avoid revealing the truth. Tannu, however, knows he deliberately jumped and is troubled by his lie. As the doctor examines Dev, Babita and Sakshi fret over his condition, but Babita also blames Mannat for bringing bad luck to the family. Dev’s shoulder is injured, and the doctor prescribes rest for 15 days, canceling the dreaded ritual. Babita considers this another bad omen and accuses Mannat of being unlucky, citing Jeet’s death as a previous example.

The next morning, Mannat faces more taunts from Babita, but Dadu defends her, asking Babita to stop. Ranvijay and Gita visit Dev, and while Mannat behaves coldly toward him, Dev dismisses it, saying she is unwell. Tannu confronts Dev privately about his fall, accusing him of lying about slipping. Dev finally confesses that he jumped to save Mannat from the forced ritual, feeling helpless in the situation. Mannat slaps Dev in anger and demands Jaideep confront him about the truth behind his actions. Sakshi gets mad at Mannat. She defends her son. Dev stays tight-lipped.
