Make Home-made packs for strong healthy hair

People tend to spend most time, energy and money to do facials, skin whitening procedures or more, but sometimes fails to give the same attention to the hair. In fact, Hair can transform your entire face shape and make you look more beautiful and gorgeous. When one can have healthy and strong hair, they can make different hair styles to change the appearance and look.

Hair can be damaged with exposure to heat, pollution or using chemical infused hair products that will take away protein from your hairs, leading to hair damage and dryness. So, if your hair feel mushy and break often, you might need to give it a protein treatment. Here are 5 natural, homemade protein treatments for getting stronger and healthier hair.

1. Coconut Oil Hair Pack: Coconut Oil fills up damaged protein spots, conditions your hair, fights dandruff and give the much-needed luster and strength to your hair. Take three tablespoon of coconut milk and heat it on low flame for nearly a minute. Massage the warm oil to your scalp and hair, and leave overnight. Shampoo it the morning. Use conditioner too.

2. Eggs and Yogurt Hair Pack: Protein-rich eggs and yogurt help cleanse your scalp and hair, and make your hair silky and smooth. Prepare this hair-pack by beating eggs and yogurt together in a bowl to form a thick paste. Now, apply this mixture to your hair and scalp. Leave it on for 30 minutes, then shampoo and condition your hair.
3. Banana and Avocado Hair Pack: Highly rich in amino acids and essential vitamins, the Banana-Avocado hair-pack will provide protein nourishment to your hair and ensure damage protection. Take a banana and an avocado, mash them together. To this mixture, add a tablespoon each of wheat-germ oil and rose oil. Apply at the scalp of your hair. Rinse with, shampoo and conditioner after an hour.

4. Egg Yolk and Honey Hair Pack: This hair pack will help supply protein nourishment as well as ample moisture to your hair. Take an egg yolk, 1 tbsp honey, and 1 tbsp almond oil. Mix these ingredients in a bowl to get a smooth mix. Apply to your hair and leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with cool water, followed by shampoo and conditioner.
