Detox powder to lose weight. Many people gain their weight by eating unhealthy food or lack of sleep or exercise. But, they tend to shed the weight and want to look slim and trim by following a strict diet and exercise. However, there are no shortcuts to lose weight, but many simple ways to lose the extra kilos and it depend on your body type, blood group, metabolism and eating habits. Here we are sharing some homemade detox powder that can help you to lose weight and maintain it as well. The powders are made of natural ingredients which help in quick weight loss. Apart from weight loss, these powders helps to get rid of bad cholesterol, boosts immunity and digestion. The properties present in the ingredients helps burn the stubborn belly fat rapidly.
1. Cumin and flax seeds:
Ingredients:
Cumin seeds- 50 gms
Fennel Seeds-25g
Flax Seeds- 25 gms
Curry Leaves- 15-20g
Turmeric-1/2 tsp
Asafoetida- 1/2 tsp
Black salt -1/4 tsp
Method: Roast cumin seeds, fennel seeds and flax seeds and allow it to cool. Add the remaining ingredients with the seeds and make a powder. Keep it in an air tight glass jar. You have to take ½ tsp of this powder with Luke-warm water before bedtime or at least an hour after dinner.
2. Cumin and fenugreek seeds:
Ingredients:
Fenugreek seeds-1 cup
Carom seeds- ½ cup
Cumin seeds-1 cup
Fennel seeds- ½ cup
Black kalonji- 2 tsp
Green Cardamom-7
Hing powder-1 tsp
Method: Roast all the ingredients in a pan and grind to a fine powder. Consume ½ tsp directly or mix with Luke-warm water, but drink on an empty stomach.
3. Ginger and honey juice:
Ingredients:
Ginger-100 grams
Turmeric -1/2 tsp
Honey-1/4 cup
Lemon-1/2
Black pepper- 5 whole
Method: Peel the ginger and wash with water. Cut the ginger into small pieces and put it in the mixer grinder. Add lemon juice, turmeric powder and whole pepper to the ginger and grind it. Remove the mixture in a glass jar and add honey. You can keep this mixture in the fridge for 24 hours. You have to consume 1 tsp daily on an empty stomach and 1 tsp 30 minutes before each meal.
