Ishaan downplays Aaliya’s words asking him to be with Malvika while she will be with Veer. He goes on to shower an intense kiss to her. What follows after is Aaliya thinks of the kiss akin to cheating and informs the same to Ishaan. However, Ishaan suggests whatever happened is not wrong but instead if he hides it from Malvika then it will be wrong. Aaliya gets agitated and hits back at Ishaan by suggesting if he thinks on informing Malvika and hurting her in order to get back to her is his wrong thinking.
But Ishaan is firm on his stance and speaks to Aaliya of not going to hide the truth for long and thus will inform Malvika the entire truth. Both Malvika & Veer are at the lifebeat attending an emergency case. Later on, it turns out that Malvika gets to know of Ishaan not loving her and presumably has love for Aaliya.
