Ishita and Shagun dance in a function while hiding from Ashok and his goons. Shagun runs from there where she is followed by goons. Raman gets glimpse of Ishita and stops her. Ishita manages to leave from there. The crocodile presence in the nearby lake is evident, and that track will follow now. Ishita saves Shagun from the lake seeing her sinking and a crocodile near her. The crocodile follows Ishita and bites her hand. Crocodile pulls Ishita in the lake and Shagun screams seeing the blood. The villagers come there and hit the crocodile with axes. The villagers save Ishita and bring her out. Shagun takes unconscious Ishita for the treatment to the hospital. The Bhalla family will know the truth that Shagun is alive, spotting her in the hospital.
Shagun was doing formalities in the hospital. Raman is stunned seeing Shagun alive. He says you are alive and slaps her. He says Ishita is dying to save you, I would have killed you if my child was not in your womb. He drags her to the family. Bhalla family gets shocked seeing Shagun. Bhallas feel Shagun has done something wrong. Raman gets annoyed with Shagun and also with Ishita for hiding this truth. Shagun needed help from Raman, but he got angry. Raman is worried for Ishita who is critical in the ICU after getting bitten by the crocodile. Ishita’s life is in risk. Shagun knows Raman is angry and reacting this way, but once Ishita gets fine and tells the motive of this drama, everything will be fine. Ashok is angry that Ishita saved Shagun, and is glad that now Bhalla family will not believe Ishita. Ashok makes another plan to make Ishita out of Bhalla family.
