Kartik stays upset with Dadi. Everyone forgets the matter and move on. They get busy in work. Kartik has a business discussion with Manish and Akhilesh. Aryan joins them happily. He feels ousted when no one considers him for work. Kartik finds Aryan upset. He tries to talk to Aryan and pacify. Naitik informs Naira about a big event. She gets prepared for the event. Naira finds time to work in her dance academy. She learns Dadi’s bitterness for her. Dadi feels Naira has turned Kartik into a puppet and ruined his life. Naira turns sad knowing Dadi’s thinking about her. She feels Dadi is judging her wrong.
Kartik asks Aryan to work with them in the family business. He asks Aryan to get involved if he wills. Aryan vents out anger on Kartik. He tells Kartik that the family didn’t accept him by heart. He doesn’t agree to follow Kartik’s footsteps. He tells Kartik that he will set out on his own way. Kartik gets hurt by Aryan’s words.

Kartik and Naira tell the family about the dance event. Kartik leaves his duties towards the family business so that Aryan can step in his place. Naira asks Kartik not to take stress about her work, she can manage it herself. Kartik fails to explain her his real intentions. Kartik unknowingly upsets Manish with his decision. Naira asks Kartik to be with Manish.
Kartik explains her that he has moved back only to make Aryan ahead. He wants Aryan to get his rights. She respects his feelings. She asks him to look after Aryan as a brother, but also do a son’s duty. She asks him not to hurt Manish. She suggests him to teach business to Aryan, by staying with him. Kartik agrees to her. Suwarna understands Kartik’s decision. She asks Kartik to promise her that he will return Aryan his rights. Suwarna wants Kartik to support Aryan. Kartik promises her.
