Suwarna will bring new twist in Kartik and Naira’s life. She tells Kirti that she should help Ashi is settling in the house. She hides her intentions to make Ashi part of Kartik’s life and their family. Naira meets Kartik at the joggers’ park. He avoids her. She tells him that they should take Mansi to the doctor to know if she got exerted by the party. Naitik looks for Naira. Kartik worries for Naira’s leg injury. They have a moment. They think of the times when they were trying to become parents and fighting with the complications together. They get silent and part ways again. Ashi meets Kartik and finds him upset. She jokes to cheer him up. Kartik tells her that he is busy for some work and can’t accompany her. Singhanias see Ashi’s comedy show and laugh.
They find her really funny. Rukmani tells them that she can also do standup comedy, better than Ashi. She cracks some jokes. Naira realizes she has seen Ashi’s show before. She recollects Kartik and Ashi’s friendship tales.

She realizes that Suwarna always wished Kartik to marry Ashi. She gets jealous seeing Ashi. She tells Anmol that they have to take Mansi to the doctor for proper checkup. Anmol agrees to accompany her. Mansi tells Kartik that she is scared to visit the doctor. He tells her that its necessary and even Naira will be there for her comfort. Naira convinces Anmol to be with Mansi. Kartik and Naira guide them and recollect their times.
Dadi sees Suwarna and Ashi’s bonding. She gets happy that Suwarna got her lost smile back. Dadi tells Kirti that she wants everyone happy. Kirti tells Dadi that Suwarna is happy because of Ashi, she is really up to something. Dadi doesn’t want Suwarna to push anyone in Kartik’s life, as Naira is still his wife. Suwarna believes that Naira is Kartik’s past and Ashi can become his present and future. She likes Ashi’s nature a lot. Naira and Kartik meet at the hospital, and wait for Mansi and Anmol. Kartik tells her that they can’t give Mansi’s name here. Naira tells him that she will give her name. Kartik gets happy when she keeps his name along. Doctor meets them and recognizes them. He asks them how are they now and if they have come for any good news. He tells them that he will attend them.

Kartik gets embarrassed to face the same doctor. He asks Naira why did she take appointment in this hospital. Naira tells him that she didn’t know the doctor will still remember them. They see a couple who is blessed with a child and get emotional. Dadi wants to do some charity. She enquires about Kartik and learns that he has gone to the hospital to meet Naira. Kartik and Naira pass time waiting for Mansi. Mansi and Anmol don’t turn up. Kartik tells Naira that they will meet some known people if they sit for long, its better they leave. Naira tells Kartik that Rukmani made Anmol and Mansi busy in the puja.
Dadi reaches the hospital and misses to see them. She sees Naira’s name in the register. She then meets the doctor and learns that Kartik and Naira had come there. She deduces that Naira is pregnant. She gets new hopes. Kartik and Naira meet their lawyers. The lawyers ask them to do some drama and fight in front of the counsellor to convince him. Kartik and Naira agree to mock fights for the purpose, as they usually also fight. Dadi wonders why did Kartik and Naira such a big news from family. She gets confused. She doesn’t share the news with Suwarna. Suwarna wishes Kartik gets free of Naira and marry Ashi. Dadi realizes that Kartik and Naira’s relation can’t break now.
