The Aura usually disappears before the headache occurs or sometimes it merges with it. Migraine relief may look like a big task, but it can be controlled with ease.

Home remedies to treat Migraine:
1. Take half cup of spinach juice and add a cup of carrot juice. Mix well and drink.
2. Take a quarter cup of cucumber juice and add a quarter cup of beetroot juice and finally add quarter cup of carrot juice. Stir well and drink to get relief from migraine.
3. Peel off Lemon skin and make a lemon paste. Apply the paste on the forehead for instant relief.
