Kasautii Zindagii Kay Betrayal twist. Moloy wants to tell Anurag that Komolika isn’t nice as she pretends. He wants Anurag to not fall in her trap. He asks Anurag not to marry her. Anurag misses to hear Moloy. He thinks Moloy is worried for the new business venture with Siddhant Chobey, Komolika’s father. He goes to meet Siddhant to request him about handling the project. He comes across Komolika and asks her to help his family in arranging the the best surgeon for Moloy and Rajesh’s treatment. He doesn’t know that Komolika wants to kill them.
Komolika assures to help him since she is making plans of marry him. She contacts her doctor and asks him to do the worse with Moloy and Rajesh, so that her truth remains hidden. Komolika tells Anurag that she would be helping him only if he keeps Moloy and Siddhant’s condition. She promises him for marriage, much to his shock.
