The coating is not durable enough and starts chipping after months of everyday use. This is the most dangerous types of metal poisoning and can result in abdominal pain, headaches, infertility.
You can use 100% ceramic cookware as a safer option as it is made with completely natural materials, non-toxic and no peel off. It is a non-stick cookware and will last for a long time.
3. Teflon cookware: This is the most dangerous non stick cookware coated with PTFE and PFOA chemical compounds that release toxins when the cookware heats above 572 degrees Fahrenheit. If the toxic release into the food, people will suffer headache, loose motions, vomiting and several types of cancer including breast, ovarian and prostate cancer.
It poses no risk to human beings if used for limited purpose and heating, so it is best to limit the usage in cooking the food. You can try real cast iron cookware as an alternative and safer cookware. It also works as a non-stick, very safe and convenient to use. It does not leak any toxin in your food when heated. In fact, this cookware raises the iron levels in your body.
