Kainat buries Zainab alive and is sure that none can save Zainab now. Saltanat goes in coma again, which worries Zaroon. Mamoon tells Zaroon that he doesn’t want any heirship now, he has left his wish after Miyajaan’s demise. He asks Zaroon to come with him to Canada. Zaroon refuses to leave his love behind. Mamoon tells him that even Saltanat will accompany them. Zaroon tells that Saltanat and he won’t leave the Shah family in this state. Mamoon finds it strange that Zaroon got so attached to the family.
Kainat takes Saltanat’s disguise. She wants to kill Saltanat. Doctor confirms the family that Kainat has slipped in coma, he will refer any specialist to treat her. Kainat tries to express love to Zaroon and get close to him. Zaroon doesn’t confess love to her. She gets angry since he is still after Saltanat. Muskaan and Ronak meet Gayatri to ask for the legal documents. They get Sir ji’s will. They meet Sir ji’s business partners and request them to meet in donation event. Ronak makes a big plan and tries to find Sir ji. Gayatri tells Ronak that Sir ji will soon come back to strike them. She asks him to check the school model. Ronak and Muskaan get some time to spend in peace and look forward to their new life.

Muskaan surprises Ronak by showing a house model to him. Ronak tells her that they should soon get a child. They have a moment. Muskaan attends the guests in the charity event. She asks everyone to generously donate money for the welfare of society, since building a school is a noble thing. The people make donations. Muskaan tells them that the donations will be appreciated and they will get the written credits as well. There happens some blasts in the city. They get to see the shocking news, where Ronak and Muskaan are blamed for the blasts.
Gayatri tells them that they are innocent. Ronak and Muskaan don’t want to get arrested. They run to their room. Suzaine comes there to help Muskaan. Ronak gets arrested by the police.
