Yeh Rishta Kairav shatters with Kaira’s ugly truth Dadi and Manish ask Kairav about his likes, dislikes and hobbies. Kairav tells them that he likes the food prepared by Naira. His favorite pass time is to spend time with Naira and play with her. Dadi tells Manish that Naira is a good mother for Kairav. She respects that. Kartik tells Vansh that they shouldn’t tell any secrets to Kairav. Vansh asks him what is he talking about. Kartik asks him not to inform Kairav about Vedika and his marriage. Vansh asks is there any other secret. Samarth gets angry on Vansh. Kartik wants to explain Vansh well. Meanwhile, Naira gets bored sitting in the room. She tries to pass time by playing a game which Kairav wanted to learn. Kartik joins Naira.
He asks her to spend time with the family. He doesn’t want her to get hurt or hurt the family by isolating herself. Vedika takes care of Naira. Kairav is happy to see Naira with the family. He wants Naira to be happy, since she missed them a lot. He hugs her and goes to play with Vansh. Vedika finds Kartik and Naira still sharing glances. Kairav plays with Vansh and asks him about Vedika’s husband. He doesn’t know that Kartik is Vedika’s husband. Vansh doesn’t want to tell Kairav about Vedika’s marriage. Kairav insists to know. He wants to ask Kartik. Vansh doesn’t want him to ask Kartik.

When they both fight, Kartik and Samarth worry. Dadi asks Kartik to let them fight, its good to watch their fight. She wants the kids to live their childhood. Vansh gets angry and tells Kairav that Kartik and Naira are not a married couple. He holds Kairav responsible for all the problems. He tells Kairav that Kartik and Naira are acting to be married. Kairav can’t believe this. He goes to question Kartik and Naira about their drama. Naira pretends to be neck strain and avoids the question. Kartik helps Naira and pretends like her husband in front of Kairav. Kairav gets convinced hearing about their wedding vows.
Consequently, Vedika turns jealous seeing them. Kairav asks Naira to take some rest. He loves his parents. Suwarna and Surekha praise the way Naira has handled her son. Dadi is upset and worried for Vedika. Kartik and Naira put Kairav to sleep and discuss their next move. They wish that Kairav forgets everything about Vansh’s statement. Kartik fears that Kairav may ask him again. Kartik thinks of the same thing again when he wakes up. Naira doesn’t see Kairav going out. Kartik wants to ask Vansh the complete truth.

He meets Vansh in the storeroom. Kairav asks Vansh why did he lie. Vansh doesn’t tell that he lied. They fight again. Vansh finds Kairav troubling him. Kartik and Naira look for their son. They get into a moment. They learn that Kairav has gone to a storeroom. They don’t want Kairav to have dust allergy. Kairav gets to see Kartik and Naira’s marriage pictures. He gets happy to see this. Dadi plans to donate some things to get prayers for Kairav. Kairav gets KaiRa’s marriage pictures to share with everyone.
He tells Vansh that his parents are married. Kartik asks Naira why did she punish him in this way, she ruined his life and made everything so tough. Kartik vents his anger on Naira. Kairav witnesses their ugly fight and sheds tears. He falls sick by the sudden sorrow. Kartik and Naira get worried for him.
