Kundali Bhagya 22nd September Update Zee Spoilers Preeta and Karan’s arguments continue. She tells Karan that she knows his truth that he is feelingless. Karan holds her when she falls down. They have a moment. He tells that he isn’t feelingless. She asks him what is he feeling. Karan wants to express his feelings for Preeta. On the other side, Mahira contacts Prithvi.
