Kumkum Bhagya Abhi in shock 1st October Written Update Pragya learns that her husband has cleared the hospital bills. She tells that her husband can’t come since he isn’t in touch. Sarita tells that maybe Abhi or Vikram had come to clear the bill on Ranbir’s word. They go to see. Ranbir follows the truck driver. He tells Aryan that the driver is fleeing. They run after the driver. The driver realizes that Ranbir wants to know the person’s name, who hired him. He thinks that Rhea hired him. Ranbir and Aryan target the driver and catch him. They want to get the truth out of him.
On the other hand, Rhea is worried that Prachi always got the attention from Ranbir and others. She wants to live her life with Ranbir. She thinks Ranbir has shattered her dreams. She admits her plans. She tells that Ranbir and Prachi have a strong bond, they never get away even in difficult times. She is tired of so many plottings.
Abhi doesn’t hear their conversation, which could have exposed their evil deeds. Rhea admits that she tried to defame Prachi and Ranbir, but they always help each other. She had no option that to plan Prachi’s accident. Aaliya asks her not to tell anything again. She warns her. Mitali tries to spy on Aaliya and find out the truth. Shahana feels bad seeing Prachi so critical. She thinks Prachi was happy about her love for Ranbir.

Sarita asks Pragya to meet Mr. Mehra this time, since he loves Prachi a lot. Shahana tells them that Mr. Mehra met the doctor and told that he will manage the bills. The nurse asks them about the blood needed for Prachi’s treatment. Doctor tells Pragya that Prachi will get saved if they get the blood units on time. Ranbir and Aryan take the driver to his friend’s house. His friend asks the reason for getting the stranger home.
Ranbir tells him that the driver has hit Prachi and landed her in the ICU. He tells that he wants to ask the driver the reason for knocking down Prachi. He asks his friend to give them some time then they will leave. His friend is worried that his dad will be coming. He doesn’t want to be in any mess. Ranbir reminds his mistakes. He asks him to just rectify his mistakes. Ranbir requests him and convinces him to do a good deed.
Abhi calls up the doctor. He informs that he had to leave for some urgent work. Doctor tells him that Prachi needs blood for the operation. Nurse tells them that blood isn’t available. Doctor tells Abhi that they need the blood soon. Abhi tells that his daughter’s blood group is same. He wants to get Rhea to donate the blood. Pragya is relieved to know this. Abhi reaches home and rushes to see Rhea. He wants to take her to the hospital. Meera returns home and meets Mitali. She finds Abhi worried. She wants to know the matter.
