The Goenka family is too happy that Manish has recovered. They feel so proud of him for overcoming the biggest difficulty with courage. Manish feels sorry that he had let down everyone by insisting Naira to take the risky route that day. He remembers everything and narrates how the accident happened. Kartik feels sorry to vent anger and blame Naira for the accident.
Manish unites with his family, who are too emotional and shed tears of joy. Akhilesh returns the business powers to Manish. He has always seen Manish as a fatherly figure. He wants to live under Manish’s shadow. Manish makes an apology to everyone for not keeping his promise of support. Naira reveals Manish and the baby’s strong connection. She regards her special since Manish recovered after her birth.
Dadi too finds the baby lucky for their family, unlike Krishna who just got them into danger. Krishna also wants to meet Manish. She restricts herself because of Dadi’s anger. When celebrations are on a high, Naksh and Kirti hide about their decision of divorce. Kirti doesn’t want anyone to get hurt. Naksh feels its the right time to disclose the divorce decision to them since Manish is also back. Kirti fears that Krish will get much affected.

Naksh doesn’t have the same feelings for Kirti. He exclaims that he doesn’t want to take the burden of the unwanted relation for long. He is sure that Krish will understand him some day. Meanwhile, Kartik expresses a wish to relive the lost moments with Manish to complete Suwarna’s Teej. Kartik and Naira surprise Manish and Suwarna by putting up quick arrangements for the Teej. Manish and Suwarna celebrate their Teej and fulfill the pending task. They happily sing Teej song and dance. Kartik feels overjoyed to see his parents together.
He fails to contain the joy in him and makes a leave. Naira understands his emotional state. She advises him to forget the past difficulties and live the good times. Manish apologizes to Suwarna for putting her in grief. She takes his promise of never going away from her. Suwarna shares a moment with him. Kartik and Naira decide to make beautiful new memories post Manish’s comeback. They have a fun moment when the entire family wants to spend time with the baby. Kartik becomes a possessive father.
Kartik takes the baby away from everyone, while Manish orders him to pass the baby to Suwarna and him. Kartik obeys his father. He loves Manish a lot more than he loves his baby. Ahead, Naksh and Kirti meet their divorce lawyer. They sign on the divorce application form to start the process. Kirti feels terrible to end her relation with Naksh. Kartik spots them with the lawyer, but fails to know the matter. Naksh and Kirti try and hide the matter from him.

Furthermore, Krishna tries to meet Kartik’s baby and spend time. Surekha obstructs her and insults her for being a wrong choice. She doesn’t want Krishna to pose more problems in the family. Krishna goes away, letting Kartik and Naira enjoy their time with their daughter. She meets Manish to express her happiness about his recovery. Manish recollects Chori/Krishna coming before the car, which resulted in his accident. He angrily decides to oust her from the family. Manish commands Krishna to leave.
