Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 14th October 2020 Written Update Kairav returns Naira prepares the puja letter for the daughter’s naming ceremony. She tells Kartik that they will be writing the letter for their daughter’s lovely name. Kartik tells that he has thought of many names. She tells that they will keep a special name. They are happy that Kairav is coming home. They plan to welcome Kairav and Vansh home.
He tells her that Kairav wants to see them first, they shall go to the airport to pick him. She tells that its better Kairav doesn’t select the baby name. She gets emotional to meet her son. He asks her not to cry. They finish the preparations for the naming ceremony. Naira wants Kirti to name the baby. Kartik tells her that he doesn’t trust Kirti’s choice, if he doesn’t like the baby name, then he will reject it.
Dadi wants Kirti to keep the baby name according to her choice. She passes a chit. Even Suwarna and Manish tell Kirti about the names they selected for the baby. Kirti gets troubled when every family member come to give the name suggestions. Kirti wonders how will she select a name. She laughs seeing them. Naira consoles the baby. Kartik asks her to change baby’s dress, which maybe uncomfortable. Naira tells that Dadi has gifted the dress, Dadi will feel bad if they change the dress. Kartik and Naira get into an argument.

Dadi tells them that she has got the special dress for the baby. Kartik wants the baby to be comfortable. He tells that he will change the dress so that baby is at ease. Dadi gets upset. She asks him to decide anything, since he is baby’s dad. She goes away. The baby cries again. The entire family tries to pacify the baby. The members fail to console the baby. Naira takes the baby. Suwarna tells Kartik that Kairav and Vansh would be coming. Naira and Gayu want to go and welcome their sons.
Kartik tells that the baby will be going to welcome Kairav and Vansh. Dadi stops them from taking the baby to the airport. Kartik opposes Dadi. Dadi tells them that the baby won’t go anywhere leaving the naming ceremony rituals. She tells that they will finish the rituals with someone else, if they leave the function. Kartik tells Dadi that she can’t blackmail him, he can’t break Kairav’s heart, he will take his baby to welcome Kairav. Kartik blames Dadi for always doing what she wants. Dadi feels hurt.
Naksh tells that he will go and pick the kids from the airport. Kartik and Naira sit in the puja. They miss Kairav. Dadi wants them to focus on the puja rituals. Kartik leaves the puja when the smoke troubles the baby. Dadi gets angry on him. The family asks Kartik not to leave the puja, it will be a bad omen. Kirti takes the baby with her. Kairav and Vansh make an entry. Kartik and Naira get too happy. Everyone is excited to meet the kids after a long time. They sing and dance, celebrating happiness.
