Yeh Rishta Kartik faces Sirat 21st January 2021 Written Update Kartik and Naira’s relation gets revived in the form of Sirat’s entry. The story brings a new character Sirat, who is a different individual. She stays with a problematic family. Sirat had been abandoned by her mother Eela. She wants to have a good life and make her Nani proud. Sirat pursues the boxing profession. She wants the family issues to end. She is deeply hurt by Eela’s cheat. Eela had cheated her husband and left Sirat in her childhood, just to get married to her lover Mukesh.
Eela now has a son Nanko. Sirat doesn’t bond with her biological mother and stepfather. She lives an unhappy life. She wants a boxing coach at the earliest. Her friend helps her out in arranging a coach, knowing she is immensely talented. Sirat practices boxing for free in Kairav’s hostel boxing ring. She hides from the hostel staff and practices to brush up her skills.
Kairav has once seen her before, but assumed that it was just his dream. He doesn’t want to tell Kartik about Sirat until he finds out an evidence. Kairav gets into a hit and miss when Sirat sends a thank you gift for him. Kairav gets to see Sirat once again when she enters the hostel secretly and goes for the boxing practice. He doesn’t want a minute and runs to call up Kartik.

He informs Kartik that he has seen Naira in the hostel campus, she had gone for the boxing practice. Kartik doesn’t believe this at first. He tells that this may not happen. He doesn’t want to leave any chance that may unite him with Naira. Kartik rushes to Kairav’s boarding school to see Naira. He gets many hopes that his Naira is back. He wants to know if its really Naira, if she lost her memory or if she is someone else. Kairav takes Kartik to meet Sirat. It becomes a big shocker for Kartik when he faces Sirat.
