Preeta realizes that Karan has sent a pillow for her, he cares for her a lot, he loves her. She gets emotional and hugs the pillow. She expects Karan to meet her. She awaits him. She learns that someone has come to meet her. She receives a shock on seeing Prithvi.
Prithvi meets her to express his concern for her. He tells her that he is glad that she agreed to meet him. She tells that she would have never agreed to meet him if she knew its him.
