Anupama 23rd May 2022 Written Update Anuj’s Surprise Anupama’s children in a filmy style (Amrish Puri’ style) asks Anupama to live her life “Jaao Mummy Jaao, Jilo Apni Zindagi”. Anuj starts singing, “Jag Ghoomeya”. After completing the song, Anuj like earlier makes Anupama wear her sandals. Samar and Paritosh tell Anupama and Anuj that their married life started the way exactly like their love story started. Anupama leaves her yellow colored, turmeric handprints on the Shah house wall. After this, Paritosh and Samar make Anupama perform the rice ritual of bidaai. Anupama with every step outside the Shah house recalls the moments she spent at Shah in the past.
Anuj makes Anupama sit in their car and takes off. Anupama from within the car says an emotional bye to everyone. Anuj notices sad Anupama. He tells Anupama that out of all wedding rituals, he doesn’t like the bidaai ritual. Anuj says no girl can perform bidaai and leave their maternal family, without crying. He also says that girls can’t even stop crying, after losing their parents in bidaai. Anuj tells Anupama that she left behind many relations like her Bapuji, Baa and her children. He asks Anupama if he should get their car turned back to Shah house and make her meet everyone once again, if she wants to.
Anupama tells Anuj that this way no bride would be able to go to her husband’s house, leaving her maternal family. She also tells Anuj that every girl cries on her bidaai, and keeps feeling sad about leaving her maternal family behind. Anupama further tells Anuj that along with bidaai tears, every girl dreams of a new life ahead with her husband. Anuj smiles hearing this. At Shah house, Vanraj sits on Baa’s swing and prays for Anupama’s happiness. After this, he decides to take full responsibility of the whole Shah family alone.
On the other hand, Anuj and Anupama’s car’s tyre gets punctured. Driver informs the couple about it. Anuj tells the driver that he is in no hurry, he should fix the puncture comfortably. Both Anuj and Anupama get out of the car. Anupama asks Anuj why he told the driver that they aren’t in any hurry. Anuj explains to Anupama that after reaching home, they won’t get time together in between all post marriage rituals. He also explains to Anupama that God has given them this chance to spend some quality time with each other and thus they should make use of it. Anupama tells Anuj that his romantic conversations have reached another level.

Anuj tells Anupama that she will know what real romance is as now he has all rights on her, otherwise before marriage he respected their relationship. Anupama gets shy and tells Anuj that she will say the opposite to every complaining wife that her husband always keeps on being romantic. Anuj tells Anupama that every wife will be jealous of her knowing that her husband is the most romantic person on earth. Anupama asks Anuj to not make all wives burn like coal. First rain of this year/season arrives making Anuj and Anupama happy and they get a little romantic. Anuj and Anupama’s romance gets interrupted as the driver fixes the puncture. Anuj tells the driver that he should have taken a little more time.
Anuj and Anupama’s car starts and takes a new turn. Anupama asks Anuj where they are going as they had to take a left turn for his house. Anuj asks Anupama why they should take a left turn, when everything going on is right. He blindfolds Anupama’ eyes with red cloth and tells her that he has a surprise for her. At Shah house, Vanraj makes each and every family member’s work’s reminders on his phone. Vanraj wonders how women do so much work, so easily. He also wonders and worries, how he will be able to do all this. On the other hand, Anuj and Anupama reach their destination. Anuj walks with blindfolded Anupama and opens her blindfold.
Anupama gets stunned seeing another house named, “Kapadia Sadan”. She sees preparations made for her welcome outside this house. Anuj clears Anupama’s confusion, telling her that it’s his parents’ house. Anupama tells Anuj that he never told her about it. Anuj tells Anupama that he never got any chance to tell her about it. He also tells Anupama that after that, he gave everything to Malvika and then there was no point telling her about it. Anuj reminds Anupama that she came to his flat for the first time on Ganpati Pooja. He says that Kinjal on that day asked him why and how he lives in such a small flat.

Anuj says he told Kinjal that he feels lonely in big houses. He tells Anupama that he didn’t live for the last 27 years in Kapadia Sadan. Anuj says he spent his childhood and saw his first and last dream in Kapadia Sadan. He tells Anupama that his first and last dream in Kapadia Sadan was to bring her to his house. Anupama feels happy as well as emotional. Anuj tells Anupama that he returned to Kapadia Sadan to show this house his dream to make her (Anupama) this house’s daughter-in-law fulfilled. Anuj tells Anupama that now with her entry, this house feels like a home, else it just felt like an empty house to him. He also tells Anupama that he wants to reminisce his old memories and make new memories with her in Kapadia Sadan as much as they can.
Anupama thanks Anuj for bringing her to their house. Anuj tells Anupama that he returned to Kapadia Sadan after 27 years only because of her. Anupama apologizes to Anuj, saying that he got away from Kapadia Sadan because of her. Anuj tells Anupama that he returned to Kapadia Sadan because of her only and thus she doesn’t need to apologize. He opens the main door of Kapadia Sadan. Anupama gets surprised seeing such a big and beautiful house. She gets happy seeing her children, Devika, GK, Dolly, Meenu, Kavya, Kinjal and Bapuji inside. Everyone welcomes Anuj and Anupama by making both of them perform Griha Pravesh together.
After this, Anuj and Anupama reach Kapadia Sadan’s temple and pray with everyone. Flashbacks of Anupama’s whole life are shown. Anuj and Anupama both also light a diya together. In the next episode, GK will give daughter-in-law’s “Griha Pravesh” shagun to her. He will also give a file to Anupama telling her that Anuj transferred all his business and properties in her name. This will stun Anupama. Anuj will tell Anupama that Kapadia Sadan’s Lakshmi (daughter-in-law) will really be the Lakshmi of Kapadia Sadan.
