Bhagya Lakshmi 8th August 2022 Written Update Lakshmi to die Malishka and Kiran hire Balwinder again for their work. This time, he gets ready to harm Lakshmi, knowing he can never get her. Balwinder enters the house as the pandit to conduct the puja. Malishka meets him and tells him that she can give him much money than he can think if her work gets done well. She wants Lakshmi to die and leave from Rishi’s life. Balwinder plans an electric shock twist for Lakshmi, so that none of the family members suspect his presence. Dadi cuts Dada ji’s birthday cake with Rishi and Lakshmi. Durga Devi comes home to attend the puja. Balwinder gets cautious of her. Rishi and Lakshmi perform the puja. Lakshmi holds the kalash, and gets an electric shock. She screams and falls back into Rishi’s arms. Rishi asks her to open her eyes. He grows worried for her. Malishka and Kiran wish Lakshmi dies.
Earlier in the show, Rishi buys a necklace for Lakshmi. He tells that he was excited to try it. She asks why did he give a false hope to Malishka. He tells that Malishka will understand. She tells that she will like anything he gets with love. He tells that one gives gifts with love, she is becoming a typical wife now. She reminds that she is his wife. Malishka collides with Sonia, and gets mistaken. She raises her hand. Ayush meets Rishi and Lakshmi. He tells that he didn’t wish to come at a wrong time. He jokes that he came to see what they are doing. He asks them to come downstairs if they are ready. He asks them to continue their romantic moment. He teases Rishi. Rishi asks Lakshmi to come with him. They have a cute moment.

Sonia asks Malishka was she going to slap her. Malishka tells that she was angry on Lakshmi. She adds that Rishi has bought a necklace for Lakshmi. She tells that she will not leave Lakshmi. She calls Balwinder. He asks her from whose number is she calling. She tells that Durga Devi is keeping a check on their call logs. She asks him why didn’t he come till now. He replies that he is on the way. He feels scared. She asks him to just do the work at any cost. He assures that he will accomplish the task. She wants to see Lakshmi’s end. Balwinder sees Durga Devi in the police car, heading towards Oberoi house.
Dadi is really pleased to see Lakshmi’s efforts. Virender tells that the day would be memorable. He wishes his dad was alive. Ahana tells that Lakshmi has decorated the temple beautifully. Karishma asks Malishka to see how Lakshmi wins the people’s hearts. Malishka tells that she has planned a surprise to please Dadi, Virender and Neelam. Ayush too compliments Lakshmi. Dadi tells that Rishi and Lakshmi are really looking the best couple. Virender tells that Rishi is his pride. Dadi and Virender lie to Neelam. Virender tells that his mom is complimenting them. Rishi and Lakshmi look cute together. Lakshmi asks Dadi is everything okay for the puja. Dadi thanks Lakshmi from her side. She blesses Lakshmi. Kiran sees the pandit called by Lakshmi. She doesn’t want her plan to fail. She thinks Balwinder would be coming any time.

Dadi asks the pandit to come inside. Malishka tells Kiran that Balwinder is coming. Ayush finds Rano, Neha and Bani coming. He misses Shalu. Dadi tells that Lakshmi has done everything for the puja, so she has invited Lakshmi’s family. Rano tells that they want to forget all the past issues. Ayush asks Bani about Shalu. Shalu comes late. Ayush welcomes her. He asks her does she want a VIP entry. Shalu tells that she is already a VIP, she doesn’t have time for ordinary people. She taunts Ayush. Dadi finds Shalu just like Lakshmi. Rano wants Ayush and Neha to get married. Balwinder thinks Malishka will benefit the most from the dangerous plan. He feels trapped. He reaches Oberoi house. Kiran goes to welcome him. She tells Karishma about her pandit ji. Karishma asks why did another pandit come. Kiran tells that she has called him for the puja.
She tells that she really forgot to tell them about the pandit. She adds that she will send the pandit back, but its not a good omen. Karishma tells that he can do the puja along with their pandit. Balwinder tells that he will just assist the other pandit, they can give him any Dakshina they want. Karishma asks him to come. Kiran tells that she was acting in front of Karishma. She asks him if he has come prepared. She asks him to finish his task. Malishka tells Dadi that she has planned a surprise for her. Karishma tells Neelam that Malishka will win Dadi’s heart. Rishi asks Lakshmi to go and get the surprise which she planned. Malishka gets the cake for Dada ji’s birthday. Neelam likes her surprise.
Dadi thanks Malishka. Balwinder sees everyone busy. He goes to the temple. He keeps the live wire under the water pot. He goes to switch on the button to electrocute Lakshmi. Malishka asks Dadi to cut the cake and have it. She stumbles and falls, smashing the cake with her head. She becomes a reason for everyone’s laughter. Kiran consoles Malishka. She asks Malishka not to blame herself, it was an accident. Lakshmi also gets a cake for Dadi. Lakshmi and Ayush see Malishka with the cake smeared on her face. Ahana tells Ayush that Malishka fell over the cake. Ayush makes fun of Malishka. Rishi tells that they will cut the cake brought by Lakshmi. He defends Lakshmi. Dadi tells that Lakshmi also planned the cake cutting. Karishma pacifies Malishka. Kiran asks Malishka to go and wash her face. Ayush and Shalu have a moment.
Balwinder doesn’t want to get caught. Dadi tells that Malishka’s feelings reached them. She thanks Malishka. She tells that she is truly thankful to Lakshmi for thinking so much for her. She asks Rishi and Lakshmi to cut the cake. Ayush and Ahana praise Lakshmi. Kiran thinks Lakshmi has a mighty fate. Malishka feels everybody has gone back on Lakshmi’s side. She can’t lose Rishi. She wants Balwinder to succeed in the task and help her win Rishi. Rishi and Lakshmi cut the cake with Dadi. Malishka returns downstairs, and finds them in the moment. Durga Devi arrives and thanks Virender for inviting her in their happiness. He tells that its her right to be a part of their happiness, when she is tackling their problems. Balwinder grows nervous when Durga stands beside him.
