Kundali Bhagya Karan Arjun matchup 22nd August 2022 Kundali Bhagya episode spoiler – Karan-Arjun’s comparison Kareena says that whenever she sees Rishabh and Arjun together she feels that Rishabh has found his younger brother. Preeta gets irritated and asks her how can she says like that. Everyone is shocked. She says that Arjun cannot take Karan’s place and that he is not at all like Karan. Everyone feels sad for Preeta. She cries and asks Kareena why is Arjun being compared with Karan. Preeta says that Arjun is not their family member.
