Bhagya Lakshmi 17th January 2023 Written Update Rishi rebels Lakshmi apologizes to Bani. She tells that her marriage with Balwinder will happen. Virender summons Balwinder at his office. He asks Balwinder to stop thinking of marrying Lakshmi. Balwinder asks how can he leave his dream, its his dream to marry Lakshmi, he can never leave her. He asks Virender to make some other demand, that he can fulfil. He tells that he will cut his hair and beard if Virender wants, but he will marry Lakshmi at any cost. Ahana tells Malishka that Rishi will soon realize his true love for Lakshmi. Malishka gets worried. Rishi recalls his moments with Lakshmi and feels for her. He wonders if he really loves Lakshmi.

Virender bribes Balwinder by throwing a cheque of 5 crores. He asks Balwinder to pick the cheque and go far from their lives. He gives the amount and asks Balwinder to forget Lakshmi. Balwinder can’t believe the hefty amount offered to him. Neelam angers Rishi. She finds him venting his anger on the punching bag. She tells that she doesn’t want to curse anyone, but Lakshmi is angering her. Rishi calls it enough and asks her to stop at once. Neelam is shocked to see his madness for Lakshmi. Rishi rebels against Neelam for his sake for Lakshmi.

Earlier in the show, Karishma gives the good news to Kiran that Lakshmi is marrying Balwinder. She asks Kiran to come home, because Malishka has got justice. Kiran agrees. They discuss about the marriage. Sonal feels this marriage is happening because of her, she has done a big favor on Malishka. Ayush finds Shalu worried. Shalu tells that she is losing her mind. She remembers what Balwinder told her when she threatened him of police, Balwinder has got the bail and is roaming free. Ayush tells her that he will not let Lakshmi and Balwinder’s marriage happen. He doesn’t feel Balwinder is out on bail. He tells that he will find out who is backing Balwinder. They both join hands to save Lakshmi’s life from destruction.

Kiran is happy that Malishka is getting married. Sonal shows her favor on Malishka. She tells that she has made this day possible. Malishka and Rishi come home and get Kiran’s blessings. Rishi apologizes for his behavior. Kiran forgives him. Sonal tells Malishka that she is her savior. Malishka is thankful to her. Virender asks Ayush to get Balwinder to the office. Bani tells Lakshmi that she is feeling hurt to see her agreeing for the marriage. She asks Lakshmi to refuse for the marriage, because Balwinder isn’t a nice person.

Lakshmi tells that she has no other way, the marriage will happen. Ayush brings Balwinder to Virender. Balwinder asks Virender why did he call him. Virender tries to scare him. He asks Balwinder to forget about marrying Lakshmi. Balwinder asks him to be happy that he is getting married. He asks Virender to ask for something else than this. He tells that he will marry Lakshmi at any cost. Ayush shouts on him. Balwinder tells that he has tolerated a lot to get her and finally he is getting her. Ayush asks him if he knows what is love. He rebukes Balwinder, knowing the latter doesn’t understand a true emotion like love. Balwinder threatens him. Virender asks them to stop the argument.

Balwinder tells that nobody can stop the marriage when Lakshmi has given her consent. He promises to keep her very happy. Virender attempts to buy him. He gives a cheque of 5 crores. He asks Balwinder to take the cheque and leave from Lakshmi’s life. Balwinder knows that the amount can change his entire life. Karishma and Neelam are happy that Lakshmi is finally away from their lives, and Malishka’s love has won. Karishma prepares for the function. Rano comes to meet Neelam.

Rano tells that it has happened as Neelam wanted. Neelam is glad that Rano has worked hard this time. Rano tells that she is doing this for money. She recalls how Neelam has called her and sent money for her. Neelam has assigned her the work to get Lakshmi out of Rishi’s life. Rano tells that it was really tough to use Lakshmi’s innocent heart. She tells her that Lakshmi’s sisters are trying hard to convince Lakshmi to not marry Balwinder. She assures that she will handle everything by her hardwork. Neelam asks Rano to have the money and get satisfied. Rano asks for more money.

Neelam tells that she will give her money once Lakshmi marries Balwinder. Rano thanks her for being so big-hearted. Neelam asks her to just do her best and not let Lakshmi backout from the marriage. Virender asks Balwinder to just accept the money and leave from Lakshmi’s life. Balwinder checks the cheque. He finds it strange that Virender is spending 5 crores for Lakshmi who isn’t his bahu now. He tells that Lakshmi is really like her name, she has brought good fate for him. He asks Virender not to worry, he will keep Lakshmi in a big house like a princess. He wants to enjoy the richness.

Rano sees Rishi coming. She hides the money from him. Rishi asks her what is she doing in his house. Rano tells that she wanted to meet him and congratulate him. She asks him to stay happy, he finally got his love. She tells that she got Lakshmi’s message for him, Lakshmi asked him to stay happy because they can never unite back. Rishi gets disheartened. Lakshmi feels sorry that she has upset both her sisters. Sonia calls Malishka and congratulates her.

She asks Malishka to come home soon and take her place. She can’t wait to see Rishi and Malishka as husband and wife. She feels Rishi has taken the right decision. Ahana doesn’t think so. She defends Lakshmi. Sonia and Ahana get into an argument. Rishi overhears them and gets confused. Devika tells that Rishi never loved Malishka. Ahana feels Rishi loves Lakshmi. Sonia asks why didn’t he confess it ever. Ahana tells that Rishi will realize his love for Lakshmi someday. Rishi recalls his moments with Lakshmi. He misses her. He wonders if he really loves Lakshmi.
