Malishka tells Rishi that he is behaving weird. She asks Lakshmi to be a witness for them. Lakshmi turns upset and leaves. Malishka tells Rishi that she will get decked up in a way that he can’t stop himself from kissing her. He asks him to make the day memorable, she will be waiting for their valentines day kiss. She goes out of his room. Rishi tells that he will talk to Lakshmi. He gets dressed up. Lakshmi wonders why is she getting upset thinking of Rishi and Malishka. She tells herself that she isn’t Rishi’s wife, and Rishi isn’t marrying Malishka because of her. She doesn’t want to care if they come close or not.
She tells that she has no relation with Rishi. She wants to be a friend to him, that’s all. Rishi comes and asks her why did she come between Malishka and him. She asks what did she do. He asks why did she become a witness. She tells that she came there to pass the towel. He tells that he was habitual to her so he had called her. She asks him to get habitual with Malishka from now. He tells that he can’t kiss Malishka in front of everyone. She asks why can’t he kiss when he is modern. He tells that if he is modern, then can he do anything, can he kiss her/Lakshmi in front of everyone? She is stunned.

She tells that he shouldn’t do this again, it’s not good for the baby. He tells that he is a devil now, he was a good man before but now he will trouble others. She wonders what is he up to. He asks Lakshmi to be ready, the devil is coming.
Rishi apologizes to Lakshmi. He shares his feelings with her. He tells that he will never do this again. She tells that she has forgiven him, but she doesn’t want to talk to him. He asks why isn’t she getting upset, she will have to say sorry to him. He admits that he can’t take a breath or live when she isn’t around, or if she doesn’t talk to him. She asks him not to talk about dying. They have a cute moment. He tells that she gets new things. She asks him not to talk inauspicious things. She wants him to promise that he won’t think about this. He promises her.
He asks her not to look at him with anger, but with love. He wants to talk to her. He asks her to pay attention. She feels awkward. She tells that she isn’t going so that he doesn’t feel hurt. He tells that it’s something important. He gets Pinky’s call. He asks if she got a proposal. She tells that she chose four guys, and he can meet them, but they have a request. He isn’t sure of it. She asks him to consider the request. Rishi doesn’t know how will he convince Lakshmi to meet those guys.

She asks her to buy some gifts for Ayush on valentines day. Shalu tells that they are just good friends. Bani tells that she didn’t say he is her lover, and even if he is a friend, she can buy a gift for him. Shalu doesn’t know what to gift her, because he is already rich. Bani tells that whatever she will give him will be special for him. Shalu feels shy.
Bani tells that they will leave early and buy a nice gift for Ayush. Ayush doesn’t want to make Shalu his valentine because she fights a lot. He still misses her a lot. He feels love for her. He wonders what he should buy for her. Rishi gifts a dress to Lakshmi. She refuses to accept it. He keeps the dress there and goes. She wants to know what he wants to do, he has to marry Malishka, and he isn’t letting her/Lakshmi go. She reads his emotional note. Rishi tells that he has invited the guys to the party, and the guys requested that they want to see her western look. He knows she isn’t comfortable in western clothes. He adds that he will refuse them if she isn’t comfortable. He just wants her happiness. She accepts the gift for his sake. She wants to get married soon and leave the Oberoi house.
