Akshara tells Abhinav that they have respect in their relationship, and it doesn’t need to burden them. She says that they know each other well. She doesn’t want unnecessary distance between them. Abhinav can’t believe what she said. He agrees to her request. He tells that if she wants to, then it will be right. Later, Abhimanyu meets with an accident. Birlas are with Goenkas at the latters’ place to discuss Aarohi and Abhimanyu’s marriage.
Abhimanyu reaches Goenka’s house and crosses the road in the lane. He seems filled with rage. He doesn’t notice the speeding truck. The truck hits him. Abhimanyu falls far. Muskaan gets to see Abhimanyu’s accident. She screams in shock. Muskaan rushes inside the house and tells everyone that Abhimanyu met with an accident. Akshara and the family members get worried for Abhimanyu. Akshara can’t stop herself from running to see Abhimanyu. She attends Abhimanyu and takes him into her lap.
Abhinav, Aarohi, Goenkas, and Birlas become a witness of Akshara and Abhimanyu’s rekindled love. Surekha tells that Akshara and Abhimanyu have stayed away for years and then came close in a second. She adds that they don’t know the name of the relationship, but it’s still the exact relation of love. She asks the name of such a relationship. Manjiri worries for her son. Birlas rush Abhimanyu to the hospital. Mahima and Rohan attend Abhimanyu. Rohan informs them about Abhimanyu’s multiple injuries and fractures.
