YRKKH 31st March 2023 Written Update News for Abhi Akshara checks the medical reports and screams in pain knowing Abhir’s critical illness. Abhinav is moved to see him. He recalls the doctor’s words that Abhir’s heart has a hole and he is really serious, he doesn’t have much time left because he isn’t immune to fighting his illness. Akshara shatters and recalls Abhir’s childhood. Abhinav cries seeing her pain. She tells that everything is a lie, and whatever the doctor said is a lie. They pretend normal when Abhir comes. Abhir asks for his reports. She asks them why are they both silent. He asks about his reports. Abhinav tells that he will tell him. Akshara gets worried.

Abhinav burns the packet of chips. He tells that Abhir got a bad stomach infection by eating chips and noodles. He asks him not to eat any junk food again. Abhir realizes that he is okay and he doesn’t need to get scared. Abhinav asks him to not run, or else his stomach will ache again. Abhir goes to meet Neela. Akshara and Abhinav lose hearts and shed tears. Akshara blames herself once again. She feels Abhir is suffering and paying for her sins. Abhinav tells that it’s not her mistake. She tells that she should get punished for her sins. He asks her not to feel guilty. She tells that she has hurt someone’s heart, so this is happening to her. She curses herself.

He stops her and tells her that a mother can never be wrong. He reminds her of the sacrifices she made for Abhir, she has lived her life just for Abhir, she is a blessing for her son and she is his good luck. He tells that they will get Abhir treated. She grows worried. He tells that reports won’t decide Abhir’s fate. He adds that he will not lose Akshara and Abhir. He consoles her. He tells that they can’t lose their strength, and they have to fight every fear for Abhir’s sake. He finds her hand blessing.

Ruhi is excited to plan Abhimanyu and Aarohi’s wedding. Abhimanyu tells that they don’t need anyone. Ruhi tells her plan. He likes it. Manjiri tells that they will plan the wedding their way. Shefali asks Manjiri to give her the responsibility. She wants to stay busy at work. Abhimanyu calls her the best. He tells her that she will do her work on the best day and that it’s time to get back to her work. He asks her to restart her career. Aarohi also agrees with him. She tells that Shefali should work. Anand also supports Shefali. Abhimanyu asks her to get proud of her and make her identity.

Mahima asks Shefali to do anything she wants. Shefali agrees. Neela asks Akshara to speak to Muskaan. Muskaan asks Akshara if she should come there for some days. She informs that Abhimanyu and Aarohi’s wedding date got fixed. Akshara tells that she is glad to know this. Abhir asks Abhinav to play football with him. Akshara doesn’t want them to play. Abhinav asks Abhir to take rest, or else he will get unwell. Abhir tells that he is feeling bored. He gets upset. Abhinav feels sad. He finds a way to cheer up Abhir. They play games. Abhir tells that if a family is together then they can solve every puzzle. He unknowingly encourages Abhinav and Akshara. Abhir wants to inform Abhimanyu about the stomach infection.

Later, Akshara and Abhinav meet the doctor and learn about the risky surgery which can save Abhir’s life. The doctor tells that surgery is the only option. He asks them to think and decide by keeping the urgency in mind. He gives the list of surgeons to them. Abhinav tells that he can’t see Abhir in pain. Akshara tells that they have to go for it if it’s the only way. She asks him to become strong. They check the list. Abhinav sees Dr. Abhimanyu Birla’s name on the list. He tells that Abhimanyu will save Abhir. Akshara takes his phone before he could snatch it. She tells that they can go to any other doctor.

He tells that Abhimanyu is the best surgeon and they should think about Abhir first. She doesn’t want to go back to Udaipur. He asks her if she won’t agree for Abhir’s sake. She accuses him of risking Abhir’s life. Manjiri sends Abhimanyu and Aarohi to the holiday resort. The doctor asks Abhinav and Akshara to contact Dr. Abhimanyu Birla for Abhir’s surgery.
