YRKKH 5th April 2023 Written Update Abhi returns Aarohi wonders how did Akshara get Abhimanyu’s emergency contact number. Abhimanyu asks Aarohi to pass the water bottle. He finds her lost. He sees Akshara’s call and tells that Abhir usually calls him from Akshara’s phone. She asks him how did Abhir get his emergency number. He tells that he doesn’t know. She tells that she can’t believe it, it might be Akshara’s call also. He tells that he is also committed to her. She worries for Ruhi and her future. He assures her that he will not cheat her. She asks him to take the call if it’s more important than their family time. She tells that she wants to know the matter and asks him to take the call.
He answers the call and expects Abhir. Akshara scolds him for not answering the call in case of an emergency also. She tells that a mother has called for her son’s sake. He asks if is Abhir okay. She tells that he isn’t okay, because he has a hole in his heart, Abhir needs him and they have less time. Abhimanyu is much shocked to know this. Aarohi and Abhimanyu worry for Abhir and leave the resort. Akshara tells the family that Abhimanyu is coming to save Abhir. Abhinav tells that he will talk to the hospital staff and schedule the surgery. Abhimanyu is worried for Abhir. He recalls Abhir’s symptoms. He calls Rohan and asks him to call Dr. Mehta for the tests.
Rohan tells that Dr. Mehta is already here and they are waiting for him. Aarohi apologizes for overreacting and getting insecure. Abhimanyu tells that it’s okay because it was his mistake. Abhinav and Akshara keep Abhir’s clothes and reports. He cries for Abhir. Manish tells that he can understand a father’s feelings. Abhinav shares his feelings with Manish. Manish asks him to talk to him and come to hug him whenever he feels he is alone. Abhinav is thankful to him. Manish blesses him. Akshara tells Manish that Abhimanyu is reaching the hospital. They rush Abhir to the hospital. Abhimanyu comes to check on Abhir.

He gets the reports. He confronts Akshara for hiding the truth and cheating him for so long. He asks her how can she keep him away from his son. Akshara imagines this and gets shaken. Abhinav finds her tense. Akshara doesn’t want Abhimanyu to know the truth. Rohan assures Akshara that Abhir is in safe hands. Abhir falls down the stretcher. Abhinav and Abhimanyu run to save him. They both do a father’s duty. Abhinav asks Abhimanyu to save his son. Akshara too pleads. Abhimanyu speaks to Abhir. Abhir asks if is he dreaming. Abhimanyu tells that he is there in real. Abhir thanks her.
Abhimanyu asks him to be strong and defeat the illness. Aarohi meets Akshara and shows her support. Abhir tells Abhimanyu that he has a stomach infection. Abhimanyu learns that it was Abhir’s message. Abhir tells that he had seen his parents crying. He asks about his illness. Abhimanyu tells him that his tests will be done and then his illness can be known. Abhir asks him to save her life for his parents’ sake. Abhimanyu will be seen performing the surgery and saving Abhir’s life. Soon, he meets the same doctor who saved Abhir’s life at the time of his birth.
