Kumkum Bhagya 16th June 2023 Written Update Prachi marries Akshay. Ranbir and Akshay’s groom-swapping twists overlap in every episode. The swapping gets so often that the one who is behind the conspiracy also gets confused about the person they have to swap and the one to capture. Aryan gets misled that Ranbir is in Aaliya’s clutches. He reaches Aaliya’s place by cleverly tricking her. He unknowingly rescues Akshay and takes him back to Prachi’s house. He thinks he has got Ranbir back, and it gets revealed later when the groom removes the black cloth from his face. Aryan gets stuck and also puts Ranbir in trouble. Ranbir was already in the mandap with Prachi. After much difficulty, Akshay and Abhay take away Ranbir from the mandap.
Akshay replaces Ranbir in the mandap and marries Prachi. Ranbir runs back to stop the marriage. He gets hugely shocked seeing Akshay fill the Kumkum in Prachi’s hairline and become her Kumkum Bhagya. Akshay puts the nuptial chain on her neck and the couple takes the wedding rounds. Ranbir can’t help but just watch their wedding from afar. Ranbir is heartbroken, shattered, and defeated. He feels the pain of losing Prachi forever. Ranbir sheds tears on the biggest loss of the love of his life. Prachi gets married to Akshay. Is this a dream sequence or not? Kumkum Bhagya 16th June 2023 Written Update Prachi marries Akshay:
Aryan gets Akshay back at Prachi’s house. Aaliya’s goons reach there. Aryan fights them. Akshay asks Aryan who is he. He thanks Aryan and rushes inside the house. Aryan tells that he will not Ranbir and Prachi get separated. The goons thrash Aryan. They take him with them. Akshay reaches the mandap and finds someone else sitting with Prachi. He doesn’t come into the family’s sight. The waiter drops the water on Ranbir’s clothes. Pandit asks him to clean his clothes and come for the puja. Ranbir makes a leave. Akshay tells that he will remove the sehra and end the confusion. He goes to see the person who is desperate to marry Prachi. He fails to see Ranbir’s face.

Akshay tells Ashok that he won’t wear the sehra now, because he doesn’t want the groom to get swapped. He asks Pandit to start the mantras. He thinks nobody can sit in his place now. He asks Abhay to remember, nobody should force him to wear the sehra. Akshay rushes with the marriage rituals. Vishaka ties the gathbandhan. Akshay and Prachi take the wedding rounds, while Ranbir finds himself locked in a room. He knocks on the door and shouts for help. He finds the windows locked as well. Akshay makes Prachi wear the mangalsutra. Ranbir manages to open a window and escapes. He is shocked to witness Akshay and Prachi’s marriage completion when he fills the sindoor in her hairline. Ranbir removes his sehra and garland. He weeps in sorrow.
Aaliya asks Rhea not to worry, Ranbir will come anytime and then he will marry her. The goons get Aryan there. Aaliya asks them where is Ranbir. The goons tell that they couldn’t get Ranbir. Rhea tells that Ranbir would have gotten married to Prachi. She gets upset. She angrily splashes water on Aryan’s face and wakes him up only to give him a tight slap. The family elders bless Akshay and Prachi. Akshay thanks Abhay for the help. He asks him if Netra didn’t come till now. He tells that Netra is Mihika’s nickname. He finally gets to see a sobbing Ranbir there and stops him.
He tells that he is much surprised and happy to see him. He gives the good news that the marriage got complete. Ranbir tells that nobody waited for him. Akshay tells that it was tough to wait for anyone. He asks Ranbir to wish him. Ranbir congratulates Akshay and Prachi. Akshay tells that he wants a blessing for Prachi and him. Ranbir tells that he doesn’t want to give a blessing because he isn’t so old. Akshay tells that a person needs a heart to bless. Ranbir tells that he is heartbroken and can just curse, which Akshay doesn’t need right now. Akshay tells that Ranbir can never break anyone’s heart. He admires Ranbir. Prachi is in tears. Akshay asks Ranbir to come with him. He introduces Ranbir to his family. He tells that he got married to Prachi just because of Ranbir. He calls Ranbir his best friend. He introduces Prachi as his wife.
