Kumkum Bhagya 18th July 2023 Written Update New Promo. Divya and Neha flirt with Ranbir and ask him if he has any brothers. He says no. They tell that they have missed a handsome guy like him and Mihika is very lucky to get him. He tells Mihika that her sisters are very cute. She asks him to help her instead of praising her sisters. She tells that she will feel jealous if he does this. He asks her to feel jealous in front of the people so that they appear like a real couple. She thanks him for performing the wrong rituals and saving her. Prachi questions them. Ranbir tells that he has taken one round extra just to be with Mihika for one extra birth.
He tells that it’s simple Math. Prachi asks him to explain it if he can. Mihika asks Prachi not to believe it if she wants. She tells that Ranbir and she have to deal with their lives in the first birth. Ranbir tells Prachi that he doesn’t believe in the customs and rituals because he didn’t get what he wanted, he believed in the seven rounds of the marriage but he lost his wife’s support in the very first birth. He tells that he didn’t get Prachi’s love in the first birth and now he has lost all his old beliefs in love. He doesn’t want to hurt his heart further by weaving big hopes and expectations knowing Prachi will break them.
On the other side, Vishaka brainwashes Akshay against Prachi. She asks him to think once if his wife is really his wife or if is she using him for her motives. She warns him saying Prachi is playing with his heart, life, and emotions. She tells that Prachi will continue to do so until she gets the one she loves. Akshay gets pondering if this is true. She tells that he isn’t able to answer it because he also has a question in his heart about this relationship. Ranbir is asked to fill the sindoor in Mihika’s hairline and he goes ahead with the ritual. Prachi stops Ranbir and asks him not to do wrong. She tells that the Kumkum joins the relations made by fate and he should play with it. She holds his hand and moves him away. Ranbir drops the Kumkum in Prachi’s hairline unknowingly.

Akshay asks Vishaka why is she upset. She asks him if Prachi has done magic on him. He asks her to explain to him if anything is bothering her. She asks him not to fool her. She tells that she gets angered when anyone fools her. She wants his betterment because she loves him a lot. She finds a problem in his marriage. She tells that he knows it, she is saying the truth and he can’t hide it from her. She asks him to be a man and not run after a girl. He tells that he truly loves Prachi and does everything from his heart. He wants Prachi to love him too. He adds that he doesn’t want to force Prachi. She asks him if he is a beggar and if he is asking for love. She tells that he won’t get love if he begs for it.
She asks him to understand that Prachi is using him. She asks him to get silent. She tells that Prachi has to keep the relationship. She asks him to be confident, he can get any girl he wants but Prachi doesn’t value him. She asks him to ask Prachi if she is using him and wants to go back to her ex-husband. She asks Akshay to think if Prachi is his wife or a woman who is using him and playing with his feelings, just to pass the time until she gets her lover back. He goes to meet Prachi. Prachi tells that she didn’t get Ranbir’s companionship because of him. She blames him. She tells that he makes all the mistakes and blames her for being the reason for their separation. She gets frustrated.
Ranbir comes to speak to Prachi. He tells her that his ring fell when they were taking rounds. He asks her if she has seen it. She asks why is he asking for it now when he took the rounds with her seven years ago. He tells that he was talking about Mihika and his rounds. She apologizes. He tells that she never understood him when they were in a relationship. He feels she never understands him and blames him for everything that happened between them. They both recall their painful moments just before their separation. They get tears in their eyes and walk away. He tells that she always treats him like he is at fault. Akshay holds Prachi’s hand and takes her to their room.
Ranbir asks Divya about Prachi. Divya tells Ranbir that Akshay and Prachi went to their room. Prachi asks Akshay why is he so angry. He asks her to answer, if he is using her and what does she want. She asks what is he saying. He recollects Vishaka’s words. He tells that his life is getting ruined and they don’t know what they want from each other. He wants her answer. He asks her if she still misses her ex-husband. He asks if she has feelings for her ex-husband and wants him back in her life. He asks if he has made a little place in her heart. Ranbir goes towards their room. Prachi asks Akshay to stop questioning her. He asks her to just answer him. She tells that these questions shouldn’t come between them.

He tells that it has already got between them. He adds that he is a human and he feels hurt. He asks her to admit that she loves his ex. He asks Prachi the name of her ex-husband. He tells that she cries for her ex-husband, who abandoned her and gave her tears. He adds that he loves her a lot and he can do anything for her. He tells that he has a right to know about that man. Ranbir gets a call and stops midway. He tells his name to the caller. Prachi tells that she will tell everything to him when the right time comes. Akshay asks her to answer him for the sake of his mental peace. He asks her to decide and tell him if she loves her ex. He asks Prachi to just answer him.
Ranbir reaches there and gets to see them arguing. He hides and overhears their conversation. Akshay asks Prachi to tell him if he feels for her ex and would go back to him if she gets a chance. Ranbir gets a chance to know if Prachi still loves him. He goes to them and asks what is going on. He tells that he heard everything and he thinks Prachi is still connected to her ex. Akshay tells him that its their personal matter and they don’t want any interference. Ranbir wishes him all the best and tells that he hopes she chooses Akshay. He wishes in his heart that Prachi chooses him.
He sees Vishaka spying on Akshay and Prachi. Vishaka is happy to see Akshay yelling at Prachi and seeking an answer from her. Manpreet finds her happy and asks the reason. Vishaka tells that she was worried for Akshay, but now she got a relieving news. Ranbir recalls Akshay and Prachi’s argument and smiles. Manpreet tells that even Ranbir looks happy. She gets more curious to know the matter. She asks why are they so happy. Ranbir tells that he doesn’t know the secret of Vishaka’s happiness.
Vishaka tells that she has seen Akshay and Prachi together, there is some tension between them, Akshay was asking Prachi about her ex-husband. Ranbir and Manpreet ask Vishaka if she got happy seeing them fighting. Vishaka tells that every husband-and-wife fight and this increases their love. She is happy that they are becoming a normal couple now. Ranbir gets upset hearing this. Vishaka asks him what is he thinking.
