Psycho Akshay in Kumkum Bhagya stuns Pranbir. Akshay and Vishaka compel Ranbir to fill Kumkum in Mihika’s hairline. Ranbir refuses to fill the Kumkum. Mihika insists Ranbir just do it. Prachi finds Ranbir unwilling to complete the ritual. Akshay tells Ranbir that they have done the puja already and this ritual is just to get the blessings. He asks what’s the problem, they all want Mihika and Ranbir’s relationship to build up because of their love. Mihika tells that Ranbir will do it. Akshay asks Ranbir to go ahead. He provokes Ranbir. She realizes that Ranbir is faking his relationship with Mihika and stops him.
Ranbir drops the Kumkum in Prachi’s hairline. It happens by mistake. Akshay’s insane side gets triggered. He reacts differently like a psycho and asks Ranbir why did he do it and how. The family gets worried seeing Akshay’s new side. They want to know what happened to him. Prachi is also shocked by Akshay’s madness. Akshay wipes off the sindoor from her hairline. She asks him to stop because he is hurting her. Ranbir asks Akshay to stop it. Akshay asks what did he do, its wrong and the Kumkum isn’t getting off. He rebukes Ranbir for doing wrong. He tells that Mihika can’t get Kumkum before marriage, but it’s wrong to fill Prachi’s hairline.
He tells Ranbir that Prachi is his wife. He gets angered by Prachi also. He takes Prachi with him and cleans the Kumkum off her hairline. He behaves madly and gives her a shock. Akshay yells at her for stopping Ranbir when Vishaka was intentionally testing Mihika’s truth. He asks her why did she go in between and get the Kumkum applied by Ranbir’s hands. Prachi explains to him that it was an unintentional mistake. Akshay’s different shades will be seen. Akshay will soon learn that Ranbir is Prachi’s ex-husband. Akshay’s madness will be the new twist in the show.
