Leela plans to dance on his special day.
Hasmukh urges everyone to simply enjoy the party without any unnecessary drama. Kinjal inquires why Dimple seems down, to which Dimple responds that she isn’t feeling well. Leela makes a sarcastic remark at Dimple’s expense. Hasmukh reminds Vanraj not to create any unnecessary drama, after seeing Adhik and Romil. Upon arriving at the orphanage, Anupama is introduced to the owner. As she shared a photograph of Anuj that had fallen, the owner immediately recognized both Anuj and Malti Devi.
However, Anuj had expressed his desire for Malti not to attend his birthday party. Curiosity getting the best of her, Anupama inquires with the owner if she is familiar with the child in the photo, to which the owner responds by asking if she is unaware. The Shahs extend their birthday wishes to Anuj as they eagerly await Anupama’s arrival. Excitement fills the air as Pakhi urges everyone to start the party. Leela adds that Anupama may have a big surprise in store for Anuj. Pakhi then suggests playing a game with Anuj and the others while Malti observes from a distance. Anupama expresses her gratitude to Kanha for revealing the big secret and informing her that Gurumaa’s son is none other than Anuj. She admits that the truth was right in front of her all along, but she failed to see it. She vividly remembers the warden informing her about Anuj’s identity as Malti’s son. A flashback is shown where Anupama is seen questioning if she misunderstood the situation. However, the warden assures her that there is no room for misunderstanding as Malti herself had handed the baby to her and then went on to become a renowned dancer. The warden further explains that when Anuj turned eight years old, he was adopted by Mr. and Mrs. Kapadia from the orphanage, and Malti never showed up to see him even then.
The warden firmly states that she raised Anuj for 8 years and is confident in recognizing him without making any mistakes. The lady explains that confidentiality is always maintained, but since Anuj’s wife has inquired, she will share the information. Anupama then asks for proof. The warden hands her Anuj’s authentic birth certificate and the donation receipts from Malti. She reveals that Malti used to regularly donate, but never inquired about her son. Anupama is amazed at how fate has brought the mother and son together. Anuj becomes stressed when he notices Malti Devi gazing at him. She reminisces about past events and explains that her inability to go to America because of Anu.
She asserts that she will facilitate their reunion. Vanraj notices Anuj’s somber mood. In the meantime, Malti carefully embroiders an ‘A’ onto a piece of cloth using flowers. Barkha inquires about Dimpy’s well-being, to which Dimpy responds that things are good one moment and then they quickly become ruined. Barkha shares a similar experience and expresses frustration with being unable to leave the situation. Dimpy agrees. Anupama mentions that it has been left up to her to bring Anuj and his mother back together, and confidently states that she will succeed on his birthday today.
