YRKKH Abhimanyu love confession leaves Akshara shaken. Abhir is having a conversation with Abhinav. Just then, Manish arrives and remarks that Ganpati and Abhinav are going to work their magic; they have no choice but to assist us. The client expresses his congratulations, stating that with their teamwork, Birla Hospital will surely thrive. Abhimanyu and Akshara express their gratitude and the client receives a call. He generously offers to drop Akshara home, but Abhimanyu suspects him of deceit. Akshara suggests he drops off the elderly lady first before taking her home. Without further ado, they all depart in the car. Aarohi and Anand approach Parth after seeing the quotations, questioning him about the increase in oxygen cylinder rates.
Shortly after, a man enters and informs Parth that his new car, handing over the keys. Aarohi congratulates Parth on his new car, to which he responds with anger and snide remarks before storming off. Abhimanyu apologizes for being unprofessional due to work pressure, but Aarohi doesn’t believe him and urges him to be honest with her before declaring her desire to go home. The vehicle unexpectedly malfunctions, prompting them to stop at a dhaba to place an order. She mentions the car issue and expresses her hunger, requesting for food to be brought quickly. Abhimanyu reminds her that she could have eaten at the canteen, but she insists he knew she was waiting.
He denies it and she tells him to be quiet. He then asks the man to hurry with the food as she is becoming agitated. Meanwhile, Manish attempts to contact Akshara who had mentioned being on the highway, while Kairav takes it upon himself to call Abhimanyu’s phone. Abhimanyu and Akshara are dining together when Abhimanyu notices a heart-shaped lover symbol. She plans to bring up the topic of his marriage with her. Meanwhile, Muskaan inquires about Abhimanyu’s whereabouts, to which Manish responds that he and Akshara are visiting a patient. Muskaan reassures that they are in each other’s company and will look after one another.

Muskaan takes this opportunity to make snide remarks about Akshara. Akshara attempts to converse with Abhimanyu, urging him to open his heart to welcome a bright future. He, however, dismisses the suggestion, telling her she doesn’t have to do it. She reminds him that she is his friend and encourages him to listen, assuring him that everything is now resolved. He responds by telling her she has no right to tell him how to handle relationships. They continue to bicker.
He expresses his feelings for her, but she remains unaware. Memories flood his mind. He pays the bill, eager to leave. Kairav and Muskaan engage in a heated discussion about Akshara and Abhimanyu while others observe. A man, the Dhaba owner warns of an approaching storm and advises them to stay indoors. Abhimanyu is grateful for the help with his car, which could not be repaired by the mechanic. However, he becomes anxious at the thought of staying there overnight. Muskaan accuses everyone of wanting Abhimanyu to replace Abhinav in Akshara’s life.
Kairav questions Akshara’s decision and Manish receives her message. She then proceeds to inform them about the matter, but Muskaan interjects with a taunt towards their family. Surekha reprimands her for her words, to which Muskaan responds by pointing out their double standards of wanting Abhimanyu and Akshara to unite. Kairav steps in and urges her to stop insulting the family, eventually escorting her out of the house. The rest of the family, including Manish, tries to reason with Kairav and stop him from taking such drastic action.

Manish reprimands Kairav for her actions. She claims that she does not value our opinions and believes that marriage should only occur between two mature individuals. He feels that she is becoming more immature and self-centered, and he does not want a wife like that. He declares that she can be considered the daughter-in-law of the family, but it will be their responsibility to take care of her, not his. With a final statement, he walks away from the situation. Muskaan is concerned and asks how this could have happened. Despite apologizing for her mistake, Manish remains unforgiving towards her.
Surekha expresses that they constantly feel the absence of Abhinav, while Muskaan continues to argue with Kairav and disrespect his family. It is difficult for us to cope with your inconsistent behavior. Everyone leaves the scene, leaving Muskaan in tears. The man then offers them a place to stay, informing them that it may not be ideal as the lights sometimes go off, but they can make do with it for the night. After he leaves, Akshara suggests to Abhimanyu that they should try to get some rest. He puts up a curtain for privacy and they both lie down on the floor, feeling cold due to lack of proper bedding. Abhimanyu takes care of her. The situation puts them in an odd moment. Abhimanyu confesses that he loves Akshara, and she is his first and last love. She is shaken by his confession. She doesn’t reply to him and goes away, leaving him puzzled about her reply.
