Manish and Swarna inquire about Akshara’s well-being, to which she replies that she is doing okay. Muskaan joins the Goenkas for breakfast and asks about Kairav’s whereabouts. She then decides to reveal her recent argument with Kairav to Akshara. However, before she can speak, Surekha interrupts. Aarohi urgently requests that Akshara come to the hospital as they require a lawyer for a legal matter. Despite their insistence, Akshara refuses to go to the hospital. Abhir also demands to meet Abhimanyu.
Akshara accompanies Abhir to the hospital while Abhimanyu contemplates how to confront her. Upon their reunion, Abhir requests candy as Akshara and Abhimanyu discuss starting anew. Despite Akshara’s avoidance, she spends time with Abhir and treats him to ice cream, which he enjoys while watching a puppet show. However, when Abhir expresses his desire for a happy family, Akshara is left speechless. Manish inquires Abhir about the reason behind cutting Abhimanyu’s photo. Abhir explains that he needed to paste a family picture in his school diary, and unfortunately, it wasn’t available to him or Akshara.
Manish offers to speak with Akshara about it. However, Abhir expresses concern that she might scold him. He feels disappointed at the thought of not having his complete family picture. To their surprise, Akshara overhears their discussion. Due to the ongoing legal issues with the builder, Abhimanyu faces a death threat. Goons come to the hospital to shoot Abhimanyu. On finding Abhimanyu absent, they look for some other prey. They learn that Abhir is Abhimanyu’s son. They soon catch Abhir and threaten to shoot Abhimanyu. Akshara is terrified. Goon asks her to step back. He enquires about Abhimanyu and asks her to call him. Abhimanyu is stunned upon receiving a call.
