Sony’s Hum Rahein Na Rahein Hum wraps up. Mohit prays for Shiv’s recovery, while Damayanti expresses her belief that God will answer his prayers. Surili and the rest of the group join in prayer as well. Then, Maan arrives with good news – a donor has been found and the doctor announces that Shiv is now out of danger. Damayanti inquires about the donor, to which the doctor responds with Samar’s name due to their matching blood types. This revelation shocks everyone present. Later on, they all gather around Shiv as he asks for Samar. Samar then arrives and apologizes, confessing that he had been blinded by his hatred and failed to see the caring intentions of those around him. Shiv immediately forgives him and thanks him for saving his life.
In turn, Samar realizes why Ranak admired Shiv so much and promises to never forget him. Before leaving, he bids farewell to everyone. Damayanti prevents Samar from departing, expressing appreciation for his efforts to secure a place for Suchitra. She sees potential in him as a Barot and urges him to embrace that aspect of his identity. Surili expresses gratitude towards Samar for his bravery in saving Shiv, admitting that she regrets her hurtful words said in anger. Samar humbly apologizes and realizes the power of kindness and forgiveness over hatred. Raghav suggests moving forward and the rest of the family echoes their thanks to Samar.
Experiencing their love and acceptance, he realizes the value of family unity and confesses to his wrongdoings to the police. He assures them that he is not a bad person. In a touching moment, Samar addresses Damayanti as “Maa” and she lovingly welcomes him as her fifth son. Overcome with emotion, they share a hug before Samar takes his leave. Shiv stops him, reminding him that these misunderstandings are common among brothers but they must work together for their business and Mahal. They embrace before Samar departs. Suddenly, all the family members gather outside to bid farewell to Samar with smiles on their faces.
After receiving Damayanti’s blessings, Samar bids farewell and exits. Shiv then confronts Roshni about her deceitfulness and attempts to drive a wedge between him and Surili. Despite Roshni’s apologies and explanation of her intentions, Shiv refuses to forgive or even look at her. He storms off, leaving Roshni to seek forgiveness from Surili and explain that she no longer has any ill intentions towards Surili and Shiv. Though Surili acknowledges the wrongdoing, she claims it is not her place to grant forgiveness. Upon learning about Mohit’s need for a loving family, Roshni eagerly asks Damayanti to welcome him into their close-knit group.

Damayanti, already considering Mohit as part of their family, happily agrees. Surili also expresses her acceptance of Mohit, assuring him of the love and respect he will receive in their Mahal. Overjoyed at the positive response, Roshni thanks Surili for her kindness before taking leave from Shiv. Before departing, she reassures Mohit that she will visit him often without causing any disruption in Surili and Shiv’s lives. Delighted with each other’s company, Shiv and Surili spend some sweet moments together.
In a touching display of affection, Shiv appreciates Surili’s efforts and they embrace each other tightly. The scene then shifts to Surili taking on the role of a leader and encouraging girls to enroll in a good college. Impressed by her leadership skills, Damayanti commends Surili’s approach to handling things. The happy family later learns about an exciting new deal from Raghav while also celebrating Maan’s book becoming a bestseller. To commemorate these achievements, they capture a beautiful family picture.
