1 Major twist YRKKH Abhimanyu gets an upsetting warning. Prashant holds the gun towards Akshara, who retaliates by pushing him. She then leads Abhir into the room and secures the door. Prashant demands that she open the door, to which she firmly refuses. Just then, Abhimanyu arrives and is informed by Rohan about Akshara’s situation. Mahima sees Abhimanyu and assures him that she is fine. He instructs her to open the door for the police. Prashant states that Abhimanyu should understand the pain of losing a loved one as he loves his son dearly. In prayer, Abhir hopes for the safety of everyone present. Eventually, Manish and Aarohi manage to unlock the door and people rush outside.
Akshara decides to protect Abhir by lying and claiming that she is Abhimanyu’s wife, whom he loves deeply. As Abhimanyu arrives at the scene, she boldly tells him that if he wants to hurt him, then he should kill her instead. Prashant bids farewell to Mrs. Abhimanyu Birla. Abhimanyu steps in, imploring him not to harm his family. Prashant doubts his love for them. Abhimanyu understands the desperation of wanting to do anything for one’s child but reminds Prashant that anger can cloud judgment. As a doctor and MD of the hospital, he promises to do everything possible for their son’s recovery.
Prashant accuses him of lying and threatening revenge, but Abhimanyu urges him to consider how his son would feel if he wasn’t there when he woke up. Meanwhile, Anand opens the door for the police and Mahima leads them inside. Abhimanyu urges Prashant to trust him and not have any regrets. As a father, he wants to set a good example and be strong for his son. He promises that as a father, he will protect their son at all costs. Just then, the police arrive. However, Prashant refuses to listen and shoots at them. Akshara is terrified but relieved when she sees that Abhimanyu is unharmed and quickly opens the door for Abhir. They are all reunited. Manjiri is overjoyed to see her son safe.

Mahima thinks of Parth’s whereabouts. In the end, everyone is safe and sound thanks to Abhimanyu’s courage and protection. Mahima praises Abhir for his bravery while Akshara thanks her for saving him. She embraces Mahima and Abhimanyu interrupts the inspector, stating that Prashant has already been punished and does not require additional consequences. Kairav is shocked at this revelation and questions why they would let someone who attempted to kill Abhir off the hook. Abhimanyu clarifies that Prashant’s actions were motivated by his son’s well-being and what he truly needs is compassionate guidance rather than punishment. He suggests that Prashant stays in their care for a few days.
As the inspector reprimands Prashant, he expresses his gratitude towards them and apologizes. Abhimanyu assures him that he will fulfill his promise of curing Prashant’s son before allowing him to reunite with him. Abhimanyu reattempts surgery and this time the boy gets cured. Mahima is curious as to how Abhimanyu managed to successfully treat the young boy, to which he reveals the boy slipped into a coma due to Parth’s mistake. Abhimanyu confronts Parth for his mistake, scolding him for risking the lives of patients for money. Anand slaps Parth and questions if he is willing to kill people for financial gain. Aarohi states that they will file an FIR against Parth and not support him, bearing the loss themselves.
Shefali also berates Parth for his actions. However, instead of acknowledging his wrongdoing, Parth defends himself by saying that money is important and one earns respect through it. Manjiri suggests that he take his share and put an end to the matter. Abhimanyu warns Parth of the consequences he will face, ordering him to leave the house. In response, Parth taunts Abhimanyu and Manjiri’s authority in their respective domains. As Mahima arrives, she joins in urging Parth to leave since she can no longer tolerate his misdeeds and does not want her son Shivansh to be influenced by him.
Shefali hands over Parth’s bag as he leaves with a threat that they will regret their decision when they need him someday because of Abhimanyu’s actions. Abhimanyu gets warned by Parth, just like the latter had cursed him before. He grows anxious. Finally, Abhimanyu ousts Parth from Birla’s mansion.
