Kumkum Bhagya 27th September 2023 Written Update Prachi in danger. As Ranbir’s taxi continues to follow Rana’s car, the inspector sees him and suggests that they do the same. Akshay ponders whether Mihika should have allowed them to track Ranbir, which would have led to his immediate capture. A team member of Ritika wonders why Ranbir would make another call. Prachi then takes charge, declaring her intention to search for Ranbir and question him about Khushi. Commending Ranbir’s intelligence, Ritika reminds everyone that he is a clever adversary. Unbeknownst to him, investigators are now present and Akshay plans to intervene as soon as Ranbir reaches Rana’s location. Mihika prompts Prachi to consider if Ranbir is capable of such an act, but she relies on Akshay’s evidence and concludes that he may indeed be responsible.
However, when Manpreet and Ritika ask her opinion, Prachi hesitates, finding it difficult to say for sure. With years of experience under her belt, Ritika predicts that the call will eventually come from Ranbir – a skilled player in this game. Vishaka relays the news to Akshay that Ranbir’s call has been traced to Bakshi Chawl. Without hesitation, Akshay swiftly knocks Prachi unconscious from behind. Ranbir and Surya arrive at the goon’s hideout, just in time to see him entering. Surya boasts about outsmarting the police, but Ranbir reminds him that their intention is not to impress them, but to catch them. They spot a police inspector approaching on his motorcycle and quickly hide in the back of a car. The inspector heads to a nearby house. Meanwhile, Akshay calls Rana and asks for his whereabouts. Rana informs him that he is at Bakshi Chawl, where Akshay usually keeps his workers. However, Akshay corrects him and reveals that he now owns Tandon Chawl. Rana defends his choice of location as a safe one.

Akshay requests Prachi’s number and instructs Rana to inform her that all dealings will now be done through him instead of Ranbir. He wants Prachi to come along for the ransom handover and intends for her to doubt Ranbir’s intentions towards Khushi and herself. Rana agrees to send Prachi’s number and Akshay ends the call. Expressing disgust, Rana speaks about Akshay’s cruel actions towards his own family to seek revenge on Ranbir. Rana rings up Prachi and inquires about her daughter’s well-being. Prachi, in tears, asks for an update on her daughter. Rana questions why she is crying, assures her that the child is fine, and begs her not to cry. Upon learning that Prachi cannot see her daughter, Rana demands a hefty sum of 50 lakhs Rs.
Suspicious, Prachi asks him to provide proof of her daughter’s presence with him. In response, Rana sends a photo of Khushi. Meanwhile, Ritika discreetly signals to Prachi to inquire about evidence of Khushi being alive. After receiving confirmation from Rana that the child is indeed doing well, he motions for his henchman to take a video and send it to him for further assurance. When Prachi sees Khushi happily calling out to her mother in the video, she becomes emotional and promises to arrange the required funds. The call abruptly ends as they trace it back to Bakshi Chawl upon investigation by the authorities. Learning this detail, Prachi hastily departs from there while Ritika points out that Bakshi Chawl belongs to them as per Ashok’s ownership claims. Doubting everyone involved now, Ritika expresses her concerns.
Moreover, Vishaka reaches out to Akshay, informing him of Ritika’s suspicion of the Tandons. After asking for his whereabouts, he reassures her that he is behind the house. He adds that he couldn’t bear to see Prachi upset, which is why he stepped out to check on Khushi. Upon entering the house, he comes across Rana and Khushi together. Assuring Vishaka that everything will be okay and that the truth will prevail, he expresses his relief that he hasn’t done anything wrong. Believing in his innocence, Vishaka comments on how things could have been worse if he was guilty. Reassuring her once again, Akshay promises to fix the situation and asks her to take care of Prachi. To his surprise, Vishaka informs him that Prachi has gone to Bakshi Chawl after Ranbir’s location was traced. Stunned by this news, Akshay hastily ends their conversation.
Akshay informs Rana that Prachi is free to visit anytime and inquires about the availability of a back entrance. Upon Prachi’s arrival, Ranbir and his companion exit their vehicle. Inside, Prachi checks on her daughter’s well-being while Rana instructs her to step back. Without hesitation, Akshay strikes Prachi with a hockey stick, causing her to lose consciousness and fall. He then pretends to be unhinged and apologizes, questioning his actions. He blames Rana for leaving the door open, claiming that if it had been closed, he wouldn’t have hit her.

Rana reminds Akshay that his actions are morally incorrect and Akshay responds by asking if Rana plans to argue with him. Akshay tries to revive Prachi, but Rana interrupts, claiming she will question him about his presence. Akshay simply states that someone is at the door. Rana inquires about what should be done with the girl. Realizing Rana’s true intentions as a kidnapper, Akshay accuses him. Meanwhile, Ritika informs Ashok that Khushi’s whereabouts have been discovered at Bakshi Chawl. Manpreet asks who could have committed such an act of kidnapping. Without hesitation, Ritika contacts the authorities and directs them to the location of the chawl. She also speculates that even if Ranbir wasn’t responsible for Khushi’s disappearance, he may still be at the scene.
As they make their way to Bakshi Chawl, Ranbir and his accomplice arrive as well. Despite pleading with Rana to release his daughter and offering him money, Rana demands 50 lakhs and orders his henchmen to throw them out. In desperation, Ranbir begs for more time to acquire the ransom money but Rana refuses, claiming they have no means to pay up. Meanwhile, Akshay remains hidden with an unconscious Prachi by his side. Ritika updated the Inspector on our arrival at Bakshi Chawl. Akshay overhears and speeds off. Ritika catches a quick glimpse of him before he leaves.
Later, Khushi asks Ranbir to wake up. Akshay phones Rana to ask about Khushi’s crying, to which Rana responds that her father is now unconscious and they are keeping her company. Concerned, Akshay questions if they are still there, to which Rana confirms. Furious, Akshay instructs them to quickly leave the premises before hanging up. As Prachi regains consciousness, Akshay instructs them again before ending the call upon locating the Police’s presence. Soon after awakening, Prachi realizes she is in Akshay’s car.
